    Hi Perry, thanks for these exercises and all the great work you do.
    I've been dealing with acid reflux/heartburn ever since I had Covid back in late 2021 and was diagnosed with reflux oesophagitis last year after having a gastroscopy. It's only recently that I discovered your big 6 for lymph flow and vagus exercises which have helped tremendously. I suspect my vagus has been impaired ever since, as prior to this I never had any stomach problems.
    Quick question, is it normal for my stomach starts to spasming/moving while I'm doing these tongue exercises? In general when I do vagus specific exercises my stomach moves about as if I'm innervating it directly or something.
    Thanks in advance and keep the awesome videos coming!

      Thanks for watching. Yes it is. Tongue is part of the digestive system and it sits in the same area of the brainstem as the Vagus nerve

    Does the tongue exercise has potential to improve snoring caused obstractive sleep apnoe?

      Yes, absolutely. It may take several other tongue exercises. See some of our other prior tongue videos.

    Thanks for the video! Will you be teaching the Tongue Mojo workshop again anytime soon? I think they’re all Live right? Because I didn’t see there was an option on your website to buy the course and go through it on your own time.

      @stopchasingpain  6 месяцев назад +2

      yes that course will be coming back in September. Do you have the option to attend live or register and get the recording afterwards

    Can you help people with Cervical Dystonia? It's very painful, constant head shaking. I denied this diagnosis because it's Neurological but I was convinced it was just a neck or nerve related.

    I did v1 of the tongue circle exercise consistently for maybe 2 months. This was surprisingly much easier in comparison but I think my tongue posture thankfully good to begin with. Thanks for the great video!

      Great job! Tongue circles definitely more challenging and 100% helped you with the isometrics

    What would account for getting a frontal headache after the exercise?

    • @stopchasingpain
      @stopchasingpain  3 месяца назад

      Cannot answer that question that can come from many things. Simply doing too much can give you a headache or doing them too hard

      @stopchasingpain  5 месяцев назад

      Maybe. Or they may be too painful for you to do. Burning mouth and tongue sensitivity takes a different approach
