Hey Mobeen Syed I'm a medical student 2nd grade we have immunology now but our book of immunology is really confusing, professors are admitting this too(because it's a new book). Do you have any suggestions of books because I enjoy your well explained videos it would be nice to watch and read it with a GOOD book. Thank you!
Salam Dr. Mobeen,
First of all I hope you are well, and thank you for your good video lectures on different topics related to the immunology.
Secondly, in this particular video there seems to be some weird cuts, e.g around 07:50. From these cuts some video is missing. I hope you notice and correct this.
Ramadan Kareem.
I have all the parts collected in one place on our site usmlestrategy99. Please check the immunology lectures there.
Some parts have been cut

I was taught that nothing on the surface would be a pro-B cell and then when you had the pre-b cell receptor (surrogate light chain and heavy chain) after heavy chain VDJ rearrangement it was termed a pre-b cell.

Is this immunoglobulin bound to the surface of B cell formed by Plasma cell???
Plasma cells are nothing but active B cells. The immunoglobulins on the surface of the B cells are made by the B cells in active or inactive state.
Immunology is learned by graphics, I love it, it´s the beginning to learn about autoimmunity disease
