I admit, i was going to do only 20mins, then told myself that i could go up to 30mins. I was really about to stop when I saw you whispering "don't give up", and that was the motivation i needed. Today I'm proud to say that for the first time of my life, i completed something. I even rewarded myself with 10 mins of dancing afterwards. I never felt that fit. Thank you Jo
the same thing happened to me i was literally going to stop the video and that whisper "dont give up " made me keep going lol and i actually completed on the first try i normally stop with other youtube videos. Even the smile made me smile whilst doing the work out.
I am a 250lbs woman, 26 years old and I completed this workout! I am sweating like I just got out the shower, BUT I DID IT, it wasn't easy but I didn't stop! Keep it up people!!!!
You are so right I've been doing this workout since I found it! I suffer from PCOS it doesn't leave me all tired and starving compared to other workouts.
I am 19 /boy. I'm neither fat nor thin..kinda the skinny fat category. Thought it would be easy. 20 mins in - I'm DEAD. 💀💀...hyperventilating like a wild hippo. Y'all ladies are hella strong. KEEP IT UP.
I cried in the middle of this workout! Happy tears cause I was gonna give up and then you smiled and mouthed “keep going!” I’m on day ONE! I love it so far
This is Day 1 of my 71st year on this earth. Thank you, God,for giving me determination and strength to make it through this entire routine. Thank you, Jo, for providing us these guided workouts. Finally, thank all of the Kings and Queens that showed up today. WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER. 💪🏼💪🏽💪🏿💪🏻💪 Love you all! 😘
Started doing this workout on 16th September 2024 (today is 23rd September 2024) and it makes me feel so good about myself once I’ve finished the workout! Jo is literally the best and the greatest motivator!! I want to lose about 30-35kg and I will update weekly my weight loss so far!! Along with this workout, I drink around 2.5-3.5 litres of water everyday, in a calorie deficit, eating more nutritious and healthy food! Hope this helps motivate someone to start their fitness journey as well! Remember it’s never too late and if you need more motivation to get through this workout then I read this quote on tiktok which was “I’d rather be uncomfortable for an hour than be uncomfortable for the rest of my life” Results: Week 1: Lost 2.7kg (most of this is /probably/ water weight) Week 2: Lost 0.9kg Week 3: Lost 1.1kg Week 4: Lost 1.3kg Week 5: Lost 0.3kg Week 6: Didn’t loose anything😂 Week 7: Lost 1.1kg Total Weight Loss: 7.4kg note updated on 24/10/2024: remember even if at the end of the week you’ve only lost a small amount of weight or even none at all, always think of the positives! change your mindset to think about how good you felt after the workout or if you only lost a tiny amount of weight at the end of the week then at least you didn’t gain any! and even if you did then that’s also okay! as long as you feel great after the workout! just thought i’d share this as i felt this way after week 5 but always keep motivating yourself and it’ll pay off in one way or another! (will update weekly until I reach my goal) Thank you so much Jo!
@@sanifabegum9959 hello! yes i do intermittent fasting (12pm - 7pm) and my diet consists of a good amount of protein, fibre, healthy fats etc. i’m a vegetarian so i try and find new ways to fulfil my nutrition. for example, i’ll have greek yoghurt with fruit (sometimes i’ll add granola or peanut butter or chia seeds), fruits, salads (nectarine salad with goats cheese is my current obsession), avocado toast with salad, indian food too such as dal (lentils which is filled with protein), paneer (indian cheese which is filled with protein), and lots of other veggie dishes! hope this helps!
I love how diverse this comment section is! We have every age group, gender, height, weight, nationality, ... ! That's so motivating, because everyone deserves to do something good for their bodies!
I did this work out 4 times this week.. played my own music in the background - never bored. Burned 500 calories each night !!! And had an amazing sleep each night! I feel my body changing and it’s keeping me motived and positive !! Thank you!
I have done 3 days consecutively. Will continue. I will give my report August 31st. Currently 90kg. I wish to hit 70kg by June 2024 (in 10 months). Guys keep me motivated

I know you posted this a year ago but today after more than a year fighting with my depression I finished my first workout. I tried many times to engage before with other things but you vídeo it’s the only one that didn’t stressed me out, I was on tears when you celebrate at the end the success, thank you 🙏🏼
Keep going Carol. You are not alone in this. Sending you positive wishes. You can do this. Keep moving and pushing yourself every day. Some days will be hard but don't give up, and give yourself rest at times if that's what makes you feel better.
May God always bless you!! Be strong, He's got everything, you are protected and everything you go through is important to Him!! Give it out to Him because He will always care!! Sending lots of love💓💓
This is my third day doing this workout, The first two days I couldn't do it I did half one day and another half yesterday. Today I went all in. I pray that everyone, who like me has fallen off the wagon over and over again, please keep on keeping on. We've got God by our side. We can do it. Definitely during a review on my channel after I see a difference.
Next time try to push you hard and give you some goal during the video like: “Let’s try 10 more minutes it for my own health” And trust me it’s working because every time I see that I want to give up I try to push really hard to finish the workout!
Started this on 21st Aug! Weight : 56.25kg 21st Aug : ✅ (Did the full thing with little breaks) 22nd Aug : ✅ 23rd Aug : Missed since wasn’t at home! 24th Aug : ✅ 25th Aug : ✅ 26th Aug : ✅ 27th Aug : Skipped 28th Aug : Had to skip 29th Aug : ✅ Weight : 55.40kg
I discovered you today….5 months postpartum. I sat my baby in the swing, he started crying, instead of quitting halfway through, I put my baby in the baby wrap & modified a lot, kept walking with my 20 lb baby on me & made it through! I plan to keep this up. I feel really good & proud of myself. Thanks Jojo for the inspiration!🎉❤
oh I remember the fresh baby stage(he's now 3 and loves to workout with his mama)! when the going gets rough, you overcame that obstacle of your baby crying and the urge to quit with perfection! I had to learn to incorporate my baby because I found myself getting frustrated when he wouldn't take a nap for me to workout or just take a "fake nap" for 15 minutes etc lol. When I did the workouts with my baby it didn't make me feel so selfish or neglectful or whatever I was feeling on those down days. Love this and keep it up mama!
I’ve been doing this workout for over a week now and I’m 72 years old. It sure get the heart pumping and I’m hoping I see the results that you’ve seen Jo. This particular workout is the one that seems to give me a workout that challenges me but doesn’t frustrate me. Thanks.
ok morning Judy, i was searching though RUclips to find a 30 min cardio to do and came across this, wasn't really feeling it until i saw your post . you inspired me to do it. I will let you know if i survive!
hi everyone!! I’m here to say that i’ve been doing one or two jo workouts for three weeks and have lost 4.6 pounds! I had a eye opening experience that made me realize that I needed to lose weight for my own health, and these workouts genuinely make me want to work out! Jo’s smile really helps me get through it :) I’m planning on losing 80 pounds so roughly 75.4 pounds left to go! good luck to those trying to lose weight with jo too! I believe in you
I’m 13, and 211 lb. It’s hard to admit. But I did this workout today, and have before but am starting a fitness journey, and Jo, I just wanna thank you. I got 4800 steps in from this, I’ll update each week, just remind me if u see this everyone !!
I am 166cm and 54kg and burned 300 calories (fitbit). I exercise at least 5 days a week and am pretty fit. Hope this helps someone! Absolutely loved this workout! Will 100% keep doing it! Burns lots of calories without leaving you exhausted!
At first i did 9 minutes and wanted to give up, but then i read through the comments and got a push to continue, very motivating and so i made it up to 16 minutes, its not much but i feel proud of myself
Keep at it! When I first did this video, I could barely keep up. I had stop completely at 15 minutes. But I tried again the next day, and the one after and so on, until about two weeks in I was able to do the whole video without stopping. These things definitely take time. Don't give up!
I got the same, it was real hard and I wanted to give up but the comments and the description really boosted my mood. Tomorrow is another day! We got this!!!!!
You don't have to follow a restrictive diet or exercise too much, just stick to the smoothie diet, and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish! ruclips.net/video/QCh6LUDgczs/видео.html To anyone who wants to lose weight as well: - Walking regularly helps you burn calories, which is essential for maintaining a healthy weight and improving overall fitness. It can also boost your mood and energy levels, leading to better well being in the long run. - Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger. See you guys when you reached your weight loss goals and feel amazing!
I don't normally do the long hour long videos but after doing the shorter 20-30mins ones regularly I was able to complete this using 3 pound hand weights for most of it. So proud of myself. My advice for all her workouts is to go at your own pace don't feel like you have to go as fast as her or as many reps, the point is to keep going and finish. You got this!
@@mvmv2240 yes, because the whole point of this video is to keep you moving constantly for 45 minutes. if you get tired or have a hard time with some of the moves, just repeat the 20 sec rest move or jog. good luck!
I will turn 46 this year... beat diabetes officially a year ago, lost over 80lbs. Gained a bit back over the winter. Been feeling so defeated, but I found these workouts and just CRUSHED THIS ONE!!! I am a 24 y/o female and weigh 165 pounds (or 74.8kg). I burned 454 active cal (529 total cal), and got 5282 steps doing this workout. This was so much more fun than working out on the treadmill.
around my weight! has this workout worked for you even a bit. I have a bad relationship with food and exercise so I wanna fix it :( last year I was 65kg and I got depressed but I'm better now mentally and I want my body to catch up
I will be 70 on May 13, and I weigh 165, and I kept up too! I will not doom myself to a sedentary life in a rocking chair. Hell no! I want to thank you for including the calories burned. I have one of those fit bit type watches, and I can’t figure it out! 😂😂😂
I'm 22 y/o female and weight-74.80 kg(same weight😁). My target weight is 55kg. Btw sis did you achived your aim weight? Does this workout helped you? Plz reply I wonna know🥺
I’m 46 years old. 5’5” & 205lbs. I’ve been battling severe depression for the past 2 years. I haven’t been moving my body which has caused me to gain weight. These workouts aren’t easy for me but I feel my body & mind getting stronger with each workout. I can’t get all the steps in and have to take a few more breaks but I’m pushing through. We all have to start somewhere ❤
Hang in there! There is a big community here cheering you on. Don't forget, motivation comes AFTER doing. Don't think about it or your brain will talk you out of it - just do it! 🩷

@@nunyabiznit yay! Happy to help! And I bet you didnt regret it. I was just looking at which workout i am going to do tomorrow morning ☺️ Planning helps me a lot 💜
Made it to the last minutes of this workout, one advice is to do it at your own pace and please take breaks when you really need to, if no one here heard that someone is proud of them, I will say it because I genuinely care and I am proud of each and every one of you and you should be even more proud, even if you did only 20 minutes or 10 or 15, you still got up and DID IT ❤Much love from Sweden to Jo and all you sweet, strong people ❤

Day 1: ✅150 lbs. feel great! Day 2: ✅147.6 lbs (keep in mind I ’ve been doing calorie deficit for about a week now) I feel good, woke up pretty sore! Today I did Jo’s 20 min boxing workout, and a 10 min glute workout :) Day 3: ✅147.2 lbs. My legs and arms are sore from yesterday. Today I did this workout but only did 30 min because I had two bowls of chili right before and didn’t feel good.. so I don’t recommend doing that haha! And I did a 10 min glute workout. I can see my belly is a little bit smaller :) Day 4: ✅ 146.2 lbs. Legs still sore. Today I did a 15 min walking video and 20 minutes of side butt workouts! I’m very happy with my progress and I definitely see a change in upper body and belly! Day 5: ✅ 147.2 lbs. I did not want to workout today but I did it! 15 min walking and 15 min glute! Day 6: ✅Scale isn’t working, need to get batteries. rest day. Day 7: ✅ Getting batteries today! Did one of Jo’s 30 min walk and 10 min glute workout :) Day 8: ✅ 146.6 lbs Today I did a 30 minutes fast walk video and 10 min glute! Day 9: ✅ 146 lbs Felt tired today so all I did today was a 15 min dance video! It’s better than nothing! Day 10: ✅ 146.2 lbs I did this video today plus a 10 min butt workout. Day 14: ✅ 145.6 lbs. 20 min TABATA, 15 min glute with dumbbell. Day 15: ✅ 145.6 20 min walk with Jo, 10 min glute I’ve been doing Jo’s workouts for a couple weeks now and I feel great! I workout 4-6 times a week ranging from 15 min - 1 hour depending on how I’m feeling that day. I did this workout today and wow it was hard but so fun and did not even feel long!! I had to stop with 3 minutes left to tend to my children. But it was a great workout and I plan on adding it in 2-3 days a week. I’m 5’4, 150 lbs and I’m 26 years old. My goal is to lose 15 lbs, but mostly to feel good when I look in the mirror, and be healthy! The hardest thing for me is eating healthy and not over eating. I’ll be updating this post daily not just with my weight but also if I see a difference in the mirror and how I’m feeling! My stats on day one: Active calories burned: 281 Total: 334 Avg. heart rate: 157 Miles: 3 Steps: 5,340
I’ve been doing this workout for 3 weeks and have already lost 15 pounds. My starting weight was 215 and I’m 5’2. My goal is 110. Thank you Jo for these workouts💪🏼 Update: I also started doing her 4 mile workout and have been noticing a huge difference in my body. My stomach is shrinking and I can see my collarbone again. Can’t thank you enough Jo😁
Started with this workout today ( 18th June , 2024 ). Could do only till 30 mins. My lifestyle till now was sedentary and I am trying to change it now. I am 5'4 and 70 kgs currently, with a huge belly . I wish I continue with this routine and see the desired results 🤞🧿 Leaving this comment as a reminder to myself and I'll try to update it after keeping up with this routine till 1 month.❤
Don't usually comment on videos, but I wanna share this with you. I was going to give up twice, but I pushed thru. I think it's amazing how you combine 'hard' then 'easy' moves every now and then, keeping me motivated to continue. When you counted down at the end of the workout, I was about to cry because I felt good about myself. I needed that good feeling. Thank you!
Literally the only workout I've ever completed where I actually felt MORE energized the longer it went on. It was genuinely fun and enjoyable, I felt tired and that I was working hard but I didn't feel like I was going to vomit like I usually do :') So, so fun! Can't wait to do it again tomorrow!
SAME! It's the weirdest thing. After the first twenty minutes and the water break, I get this inexplicable burst of energy. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?
I love seeing so many people of different ages and abilities comment their successes with this video! it makes me truly feel like there's a community supporting each other when we do these workouts. I've done 5 days of Jo's 15 min dance videos and now I'm challenging myself to do the longer ones! It's TOUGH sometimes to get through the whole thing, but I feel so joyful when I do :) Keep it up everyone!!
If you feel too tired to finish the workout, just read the comments,,,they motivated me. Here in August 19 2024,19years weighing 90kgs,my goal is 60kgs, y'all give me three months.I actually never sweat on my face, but today I have seen it
@GloriaMacharia-qy9im Girl I am with you I am 21 and 5 months postpartum and did this workout today just a few minutes back. Seeing your comment motivated me, we can do this! Let's do this ❤️

I had no idea what kind of junk I was eating my whole life. I got terribly fat and worst thing is I wasn't noticing it until I went to doctor for a checkup and my results were terrible. That's when I decided to start living healthy. Bad thing is I am lazy and hate to research about food and I just couldn't count calories all the time so I decided to invest in a meal plan from Next Level Diet. Best thing I got myself in this life. I lost so much fat and got so much more energy when I started eating healthy.
hi! i decided to review this video since ive been trying to do a lot of things to loose weight. im 137 pounds and 5'0/5'1. It's been really hard for me to loose weight no matter what diet or exercise i do. this exercise really made me feel good rather than those other workouts. i never expected to see much change, but now im on day 4, i already seen a difference in my thighs, stomach, and arms!! day 1: i tried this in my room to see if it works. it was SWEATYY. I did only half of my best so I didn't expect much. it felt like forever but i got used to it in round 2. no changes tho day 2: i did this one with my mom, and my apple watch. I used the indoor walking exercise with a waist trainer. this time i was POURING down sweat. it was tiring but at the end i felt soo good and proud. my apple watch calculate about 310 calories, 2.79 miles. I was really hoping for 600 but its better than nothing :)). after the workout i saw small changes to my body, but my weight was still the same. day 3: i did this late at night, which was a mistake because after i was too energized to sleep 😭. But it was sooo worth it. This time i put about 80% of my effort and i was so stinky and sweaty after. though i felt so energized and i felt good about myself. im starting to get used to this walking workout, and i might do the 5 miles one on day 7!! i actually saw some changes with my thighs and stomach. my weight is still the same, but i just love how my body looks now! day 4: (currently doing it today so like to remind me!!)
Dont rely heavily on the scale.Seriously like scales arent exact and aren't accurate. Focus more on how you feel and if you stay consistent and eat right the results sre going to be clear and visable.I suggest watching FrumpyFit weight loss video she explains how your suppose to do it correctly and safely. But great job i am also short( 5"2) i hopefully will try this for a little and if i see any differences I will tell you:) Good luck babes you got this :) Love you girl❤️
I’m glad I found this post I was looking for someone short like me I’m 4 11” and 125 I am on day two and am hoping this will help with my 12 month postpartum belly
Hello from Germany! I've been fighting chronic insomnia for 4+ years, and I've now done this entire workout for 4 consecutive days. I've slept better the past 4 nights with zero medication than I have in the past 4 years while taking medication on and off. I'll also add that I follow a whole-food plant-based diet and do not eat any refined sugar. But this workout has made a MASSIVE difference for me. And it's fun too:)

I’m here after doing 3 weeks of 3 mile fat burning indoor walk. Whew! I felt like I was starting from scratch. I did burn close to 500 cals. This is my new go-to workout.
Is this the video that you have been practicing for 3 weeks? Tell me in detail. I want to do it for only 7 days alone. Do you recommend it to me? Did I lose some weight in these 3 weeks?
@@user-lz4vi3vc4b I'm on Day 2 right now, my weight hasn't gone down, BUT i do see a change, clothes are little less fitter, and my body looks a little toned. Weird.
@@frostyantiromantic7910 I had same results. Idk, and its not like i gained it all back. But I dont believe I gained muscle in a short period of 7 days... so idk why my weight increased but fat went down
A quick update: I posted about 8 months ago that I'd been using this specific workout as part of a treatment plan to overcome insomnia. I had debilitating insomnia for 5 consecutive years, and in April of this year (2022), I overcame it. I am now insomnia-free and still doing this workout regularly. Jo is a GIFT.
@@fareehaahmad6058 No. That's not a good idea. That could disrupt sleep. I do it in the mornings or afternoons. To be fair, cognitive behavioural therapy with a licensed psychologist also helped me overcome the insomnia, but this workout has also played a very big part.
@@noellewest4347 that’s so good to hear, I’ve been exercising two weeks, haven’t seen any results but I feel that I’m not so lazy anymore, I don’t have to force myself to get up and exercise. The night before yesterday i did exercise late at night because I missed the exercise that day and I couldn’t been able to sleep so i exercised but that was the horrible sleep I had And i woke up feeling worst. I’m going to avoid late exercise.
Out of all your fitness videos...this one by far is my favorite. I started with your other 3 mile walk video and I’m down 10 lbs in five weeks. I have never worked out as consistently as I have now since my 20s. I thank you so much for inspiring me to gain my health and my waistline back. You are a true Gem girl. 🖤
Surprisingly, after the water break I felt even lighter, more energetic and not as dizzy as I was at first 😭🙏 I’m actually proud of myself I’ll do this every morning if I could and I’ll post the results after 2 weeks ( 4 days in, I lost 1.4kg)
Starting my workout journey today with Jo's workout! Currently 71kg, aiming for 55kg (used to weigh 53kg). 10 months postpartum and determined to get back in shape. Let's go! 💪
*UPDATE* In 30 days, I am 7.8lbs down. So that's hovering around 2lbs a week. I'm very happy about it. The biggest changes I have noticed are 1. My bra/back bulges - they have shrunk down a lot, and I am more comfortable wearing certain tops now. 2. My butt (normally and genetically flat and small, much like my mother's) has become rounder and shapelier. I am not a woman who yearns for a big butt, but it's definitely changed shape. And 3. My face - it's narrower, as one could naturally assume. Again, pleased with changed so far, ready to move on to another video, another challenge and see what I can do in the next 30 days :) Depression and overeating getting me no longer. I've been so low and miserable but I'm pulling myself out of it. Love this workout. Right here we go, 30 day challenge started (as of yesterday): Height: 5'7'' / 170cm Current weight: 160lbs / 72 kg Initial goal weight: 145lbs / 65 kg Ideal goal weight 140 lbs / 63.5 kg Will check in and post update on last day of November! :) Wish me luck
Well done, Antonia! You are doing the right thing. Just be very consistent with this. Treat it like something to look forward to instead of something you have to do. This workout is FUN, and it is so, sooooo good for you (physically and emotionally). Jo is motivating, she doesn't annoy viewers by talking through the workout, she is well paced, and she doesn't take herself too seriously, so you won't need to either. This channel will help you fight depression. I can speak from personal experience. Find some music that you love, that gets you excited to move, and mute the You Tube video to watch it while you play your own playlist. Something else that I like to do is play this workout on my phone with the sound turned down while I watch something on Netflix on my computer - so I'm actually working and sweating while watching movies or TV. I've even started doing this workout during Zoom lectures or meetings (I won't tell you which university;)
@@summernoelle7769 Thank you for your kind comment :) And that's a great tip about working out during Zoom meetings! I'm on Day 6 and it's flown by. I have lost 2.5 lbs in that time, so can't wait to check in at the end of the month. My mood has definitely improved too, I wake up more easily.

I’m 18 and I’m a girl /woman and this exercise has been working for me . I have been doing this exercise along with several of her other exercise routines /videos and my stomach is a lot smaller , flatter , and more toned . I was on medicine for mental illness called abilify and it made me gain 40 pounds . I went from 140 to 180 in just a few months and I’m trying to be healthier and lose it because I’m only 5’0” and all that extra weight is very dangerous to me . I’m just saying if you don’t see results , don’t stop , keep going and in a while you’ll see results. Remember exercises take a while to show results . I do this everyday.

From depression, anxiety and low self esteem after baby number two, fat and infamous, here I am completing these workouts and also beating high blood pressure. Thank you Jo
Same here, two months postpartum with baby number two. I take so many pictures with my baby every day but absolutely hate the way I Iook in those pics-fat and out of shape. I started this workout looks like it works! More power to you and all the mamas out there
Just FINISHED this workout 😅 I’m so proud of myself. On a long weight loss/getting fit/health journey. It’s been a long time since I’ve done something like this (beyond walking) feeling proud 🎉 Thanks Jo!
I just started the Chloe Ting 2 weeks shred and I'm pairing your walking videos with it.. GIRL we finna be RIGHT and TIGHT in 2 damn months. SHIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDD!!
I haven’t worked out all year, gained 20 pounds . Ran into your channel, you just have this warm energy - I wasn’t intimidated so I completed this work out tonight … I burned 500 calories… I was so proud of myself . Your smile and emery just kept pushing me.
I started dieting 11 weeks ago. First 4 weeks, tried other exercises but I lost only 500 grams in each week. Then, I have been introduced with your videos and since then, I have been losing 1 kg every week. At the end of 11 weeks, I have lost 10 kg and I am pretty sure that if I had started with you earlier, I would have lost more. You are a great workout partner, and I enjoy a lot while working with you. Thank you for everything 💖 Send you so much love and support from Turkiye 💞
@@not.me.99 Well, I worked with a dietitian; so, I did whatever she said 😅 I had breakfast around 11 and had dinner around 7. Breakfasts were usually consisting of egg, cheese, tomato, cucumber or sometimes smoothies with kefir and some fruits like banana/ peach. I didn't cut anything completely, there was enough of everything. I used to eat carbs a lot, I just decreased the amount. I had cheat day once a week. I drank green tea a few times in a day and a lot of water of course. So, there wasn't anything special 😅
@@baharylmaz6407 thank you regardless!I'm having trouble with cutting out sweets and being consistent but you and other people have given me so much motivation.
recently I’ve started taking my health serious again and in the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing this workout along with meal prepping, calorie monitoring, increasing my water intake, eliminating soda and many other unhealthy foods from my diet. So far I’ve lost 3lbs and I’m praying to lose more. I love that you have so many walking/standing workouts because I hate jumping on and off the floor😂 I love seeing all the positivity throughout your channel, thank you for sharing🙏🏾❤️
That is awesome to read! I know exactly how you feel. When you take control of your health, you will feel like a completely different person. I would only caution against the calorie monitoring (this is a very American thing; I'm in Europe), because that isn't what helps you lose weight, get in shape, and fight chronic disease. Eliminating junk like sugar, all processed food, and useless carbohydrates will take care of that for you. You don't need to be so strict with calories:) Keep drinking water, and keep preparing your own food so that you know what is in it. And keep doing these fun workouts from Jo's channel. Do them while you watch Netflix or whatever service you use for TV/movies. That way, when you're being "passively entertained", you are also sweating your behind off:)
I’ve been trying to lose weight since 2015. But my depression and PCOS make it so difficult. For the first time in years, I saw my body changing, my weight coming off. I started working out on 16 April and had like 5-6 days where I couldn’t workout and I did this video and Jo’s other workouts. I have lost 8 kgs in total. I’m crying as I’m trying this 😭 I’ll keep going till I achieve my health goals.
@@ll0v04on I do this video and there’s a 20 minute Tabata style video of hers. I do that. And then there’s her 30 minutes video of hers. I’ll copy paste the links below. I do 3 videos as per the time I have. When I have more time I do the above video when I have less time, I do 20 or 30 minutes videos. I saw changes all over my body but yes, major change was in my belly area and legs. Legs and belly were my problem areas.
@@BBzaimon thank you so much, i honestly tried so many workout influencers videos and i just never had great effects so i think ill definitely giver her videos a try, would you say you did a video everyday?
@@ll0v04on yes. I did 1 video per day. I didn’t starve myself but I ate healthy food. Just portion control and drank 3-4 litres of water. I too tried many influencers but only Jo sticked with me. I play my own music in the background and it feels like a personal dance party! All the best! I hope you too see results!
I was on keto and intermittent fasting and lost 19 pounds the first month. Then my body got used to the schedule and I was only losing 1 pound a week. I started incorporating your ten minute videos everyday and it’s helped boost my metabolism back up without adding to my stress levels like other workouts do. Thanks for making these workouts for us!
@@EvaVukelic before the videos about once a week. Once I started the videos it was 3 times a week. I lost a total of 30 pounds and I was barely doing keto at that point. I’m getting back on it this summer :)
I just finished two weeks of doing this 6 days a week. I've lost two inches from my hips and about one inch from my waist above my belly button! It works folks!
Day 2. It was kind of hard to start, because I was lazy, but seeing Jo so motivated and with a smile made me keep going and I finished the work out. Steps:5,000 Cals: 346 Avg. Heart beat: 155 Max. Heart beat: 189
I started doing this work out every day, 6 or 7 days a week. I’m currently on week 3 and such a difference from starting. Beginning doing Jos workouts I could barely keep up, I was tired and discouraged. I found this specific work out and thought it was enjoyable but also challenging. I couldn’t do some one the moves but repeated ones I could and kept walking. Now I can do all moves and every week I continue to do it I sweat more but find it even easier to do the moves properly. I’m excited for every week I complete

As a 15 (going on 16 in February) year old who is overweight and has tried MULTIPLE b.s. workouts, i was left discouraged and mad at myself for letting myself get the way i am. Jo's workouts are some of the only ones that leave me happy after I've done it and ones i feel like I'll nake progress on. I usually give up if i don't see result but seeing someone who sweats as much as i do during the workout but still keeping a smile on thier face makes me believe i can do that to further down the line. I hope i see progress as i am NOT giving up this time around. I'm ready to get fit and work for it!!!
You go girll!! Don't forget that you're stronger that you think and you can do anything! I'm 15 too and have always been overweight but I decided that it was about time I stop giving excuses and start seriously working out so that I become what I wish to. I started exercising consistently from November end and so far I've lost around 4 kgs. My target is to loose 10 kgs more this year. If I can, trust me, you can do it too! The key is to become consistent and disciplined. Fitness will automatically come your way! Believe in yourself because I believe in us and all the teenagers out there who've faced the same problems as us. Keep smiling and stay happy :)
I completely understand what you are saying 💯. Jo has made a huge impact on my life. I find myself smiling during these sweaty workouts. You keep it up, and remember to always love yourself. ❤️ 😃

I am 23 year old and I started working out with Jo from mid February 2024 and today i.e. 19 April, I have lost 3 kgs and some inches as well. I used to do this particular workout and some other workout of Jo's from the RUclips and believe me guys this workout does help a lot. I was consistent and if on some days I feel lazy to move I just used to do 15 min to 20 min workout but I dint skipped it except on my periods. I dint have any particular diet plan but I have made it for myself by reading on the internet and through RUclips videos and I just ate normal Indian home made food but I have ate in small portions and I have avoided sugar and also I start each morning with green tea and honey. Not only I lost my weight but I have built a good stamina and endurance as well. This particular form of exercises has also improved my mental health. I have more 10 kgs to lose. So, yes go on gurls and trust me if you start this with Jo there is no coming back. Her workouts are addiction.
today is my birthday and all through out the workout i couldnt stop thinking about how proud me a year ago would be to see me now, to see me working out 5 times a week, to see ive lost 7kg. i couldnt have done it without your workouts and positivity jo. the last 3 weeks ive only been doing your workouts and in those 3 weeks alone ive lost 2kgs, all thanks to you!! i couldnt be happier, i can already feel how amazing i will feel to put on a dress today and feel beautiful and not have to worry about my stomach. thank you. to anyone thats reading this and wondering if you should start working out, yes! this is your sign to get up and get moving. always remember that you are working out because you love your body, not because you hate it.
Hey Guys! Day 1: DONE. I did the entire exercise without taking a single break. I wanted to give up exactly after 15 mins but I reminded myself 5 more mins then I'll stop, when it was 20 mins I reminded myself "okay after 10 mins it's gonna be 30 mins so I'm just gonna stop there" When it was 30 mins, I reminded myself "almost 15 mins to go and the workout is gonna be complete, so why stop? " And I did it! But incase you feel really sick, take a break and then continue because health first always 💗 Otherwise yall can try this method which I'm following. ALSO I'M SO SO PROUD OF YOU, YOU ARE GORG GORG 💖 I'm gonna keep updating
I've been doing these workouts every evening with the exception of 2 rest days on the weekends and even then sometimes i do them cuz i just love them lol I weighed 195 & now am down to 186!!! I lost 24 lbs and I have 22 lbs to go, this'll become my favorite cardio, I can feel it! It wasn't hard to complete but the sweat I've almost swim in tells how effective this workout was and a VERY fun one as well!
I did this workout for 4 days last week and on the 4th day I completed a 3 mile walk in the park because I felt so good! I see minor changes already, especially in my waist and stomach area. I’m so excited to go into this new week and my goal is to workout for 5 days. I haven’t weighed myself because I don’t like to fall victim to the scale. I’m all about seeing the inches fall off and feeling the difference. I haven’t worked out in forever and whenever I start, I always stop and can never seem to stay consistent. With 3 months left in 2022, I’m ready to change that narrative and show up for myself each day! Thanks Jo!
I’m gonna start tomorrow once and for all. Won’t use the scale either because if I check in two days and don’t see changes I may get discouraged lol Also I may have to go a bit slower until I warm up to being as fit as Jo is lol
That's great! I just started yesterday after a pretty much totally sedentary lifestyle and I'm going to try not to use the scale either. My too-tight skinny jeans will tell me how well I'm doing 😅
DO THIS WORKOUT!! I’m halfway through week 4 and omg!!!! My back fat/love handles are slowly disappearing but my stomach area has gone down tremendously! I’ve also noticed weight loss in my neck and face. I try doing this about 4 times a week, I’ve even switched up a few of the exercises with some of her others on days that I just can’t push myself to do a 45 min workout. It’s super hard every day to commit to working out but I push myself to get up and just do it. And I’m so glad that I do. I sent before and after pictures to my friends and even they couldn’t believe the immediate results. With how things are going, I’ll meet my fitness goals before this year is up.

@@bb7961 one thing is to enjoy the music and do the workout on your on pace following her ditto and standing ina place didn't help me but i did the same workout a little more energetic like dancing not utterly same as her which made me burn more calories and complete the challenge without concept of time and happier. It was better to do this than any workout programs as doing plank jacks or pushup was last thing i can do with my body so this was definately a best start doing this and maybe switching up with same category other workouts like walking workout 500calories helped too. And this exhausts me more than those planned workouts they might be better but these are perfect for a non strengthy beginner. Just think that it's a choreography and you have to learn all the moves and move in a flow not steady still helps you loose(more) weight have some flexibility too as a bonus point you complete the strength and now you can run 2 3 miles without any issues. Sry if i was pointlessly streching a useless comment. Hopefully this helps❤️

Omggg youre so stunninggggg keep goinnnn!!!🎉🎉🎉
Started doing this workout on 16th September 2024 (today is 23rd September 2024) and it makes me feel so good about myself once I’ve finished the workout! Jo is literally the best and the greatest motivator!! I want to lose about 30-35kg and I will update weekly my weight loss so far!!
Along with this workout, I drink around 2.5-3.5 litres of water everyday, in a calorie deficit, eating more nutritious and healthy food!
Hope this helps motivate someone to start their fitness journey as well! Remember it’s never too late and if you need more motivation to get through this workout then I read this quote on tiktok which was “I’d rather be uncomfortable for an hour than be uncomfortable for the rest of my life”
Results:
Week 1: Lost 2.7kg (most of this is /probably/ water weight)
Week 2: Lost 0.9kg
Week 3: Lost 1.1kg
Week 4: Lost 1.3kg
Week 5: Lost 0.3kg
Week 6: Didn’t loose anything😂
Week 7: Lost 1.1kg
Total Weight Loss: 7.4kg
note updated on 24/10/2024: remember even if at the end of the week you’ve only lost a small amount of weight or even none at all, always think of the positives! change your mindset to think about how good you felt after the workout or if you only lost a tiny amount of weight at the end of the week then at least you didn’t gain any! and even if you did then that’s also okay! as long as you feel great after the workout! just thought i’d share this as i felt this way after week 5 but always keep motivating yourself and it’ll pay off in one way or another!
(will update weekly until I reach my goal)
Thank you so much Jo!

Thanks for motivating I started today too❤

I discovered you today….5 months postpartum. I sat my baby in the swing, he started crying, instead of quitting halfway through, I put my baby in the baby wrap & modified a lot, kept walking with my 20 lb baby on me & made it through! I plan to keep this up. I feel really good & proud of myself. Thanks Jojo for the inspiration!🎉❤
You go mama
oh I remember the fresh baby stage(he's now 3 and loves to workout with his mama)! when the going gets rough, you overcame that obstacle of your baby crying and the urge to quit with perfection!
How’s it going?
You go mamma! ❤

To anyone who wants to lose weight as well:
- Walking regularly helps you burn calories, which is essential for maintaining a healthy weight and improving overall fitness. It can also boost your mood and energy levels, leading to better well being in the long run.
- Stay hydrated, sometimes feelings of hunger can actually be masked thirst. Aim to drink water consistently throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid mistaking thirst for hunger.

When you counted down at the end of the workout, I was about to cry because I felt good about myself. I needed that good feeling. Thank you!

I did only half of my best so I didn't expect much. it felt like forever but i got used to it in round 2. no changes tho
day 2: i did this one with my mom, and my apple watch.

Surprisingly, after the water break I felt even lighter, more energetic and not as dizzy as I was at first 😭🙏

*UPDATE*
In 30 days, I am 7.8lbs down. Again, pleased with changed so far, ready to move on to another video, another challenge and see what I can do in the next 30 days :)
Depression and overeating getting me no longer. I've been so low and miserable but I'm pulling myself out of it. Love this workout.
Right here we go, 30 day challenge started (as of yesterday):
Height: 5'7'' / 170cm
Current weight: 160lbs / 72 kg
Initial goal weight: 145lbs / 65 kg
Ideal goal weight 140 lbs / 63.5 kg
Will check in and post update on last day of November! :) Wish me luck
Good luck!

You got this!!!

What kind of diet did you do?I'm trying to lose at least 7 kgs until September and I need some advice 😅
So, there wasn't anything special 😅

recently I’ve started taking my health serious again and in the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing this workout along with meal prepping, calorie monitoring, increasing my water intake, eliminating soda and many other unhealthy foods from my diet.

I lost 24 lbs and I have 22 lbs to go, this'll become my favorite cardio, I can feel it! It wasn't hard to complete but the sweat I've almost swim in tells how effective this workout was and a VERY fun one as well!
Wow congratulations! Did you do only this video or other videos too?
Won’t use the scale either because if I check in two days and don’t see changes I may get discouraged lol
Also I may have to go a bit slower until I warm up to being as fit as Jo is lol

I started this workout and lost 15 pounds in 4 1/2 weeks.
I am so obsessed with it that I do it 2 times a day.
Thank you for helping me get my motivation back!!
Did you do it every single day?
How do u do this? I feel it's so boring as it's the same song and also just moving in place? Do u have any tips

That's amazing great job
I officially decided to change not only the way I look but the way I feel too. I promised my 3 year old son that I would lose all this weight for my health so I could be here for him longer. I’ve done 6 of Jo’s 3 mile workouts and I’ve lost 3.2 lbs so far. I know this is only the start but I will forever be grateful to Jo for giving me hope. I hope to lose 80 lbs by the end of this year and I know that it’s not only a dream anymore, it can be my reality. Thank you Jo for everything you do🫶🏼
i am a 15 year old 262-pound girl and I did this it was a struggle at first but I have been doing this for about 5 days now consistent and its fairly easy now. i know yall are going to do well
