I’m sitting in my bed but I’m posting this today I’m leaving on Sunday the 9 th, to go to Los Angeles as you all know .

I’m usually not a whiner but I’m kind of out of commission today so I edited this video in bed and thought I would put it up.on Non-schedule
Please like and subscribe hit the notification bell for some reason every time I put a video up a new video I gain 20 /40 subscribers and I lose that many all in a few hours 🤷🏼♀️
I don’t get it I’m kind of frustrated with that.
I’m to hit 15,000 by my birthday Or by the end of April .

Peanut Sauce
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil (toasted or dark)
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons sambal oelek or chili paste (this is where the “spicy” comes in, so add to taste)
2-3 tablespoons sugar, honey, or agave
a small knob of fresh ginger, peeled
a clove of fresh garlic, peeled
1/4 cup of water

Why are you apologizing? It happens. Its not like the project didn't work. There are a lot of things anymore I can't do in my mid 60's. It is frustrating. As you say it is what it is. Your salad looks yummy!

Hi Brooke don’t even think about apologizing for your back, I’ve been hospitalized twice my back went out three times this year. You don’t have to tell me about backs and you gotta slow down you gotta get ready for vacation just rest take it easy please I mean you can do a video on your plants. I’d be happy with that you don’t have to go killing yourself to hang lights. I was a nervous wreck for you climbing up there anyway please be careful and have a great vacation.♥️♥️♥️

I’ve been there , especially garden work . My back ,knees and feet will be on fire , but I’ll find something else I need to do and figure I’m already hurting , so what the hell . I regret that decision the next day 😢
You have an exciting trip ahead of you , so easier said than done , but let your back rest . It’s very tempting to want everything done before the trip , otherwise it occupies your mind . When you come back the projects will be there and you can go into overdrive 😊

No need to apologize at all! Your videos are so much appreciated ! Trust me we all have something I slipped on gasoline at a gas station and ruined my back I can’t even do 1/4 of the things I use to do and I know how frustrating it is
Advice if you have to reach up the best thing if you cannot have someone do it is get a tall ladder this way the less you reach the easier on your back!
Please make sure someone is with you when you climb ladders
But honestly the best thing is to hire a handyman to do it !!!!

There's a really nice thrift shop in LA and in the Glendale Burbank area and Orange county area called American Cancer society. It's one of my favorite thrift shops.

@@mamabrooke lol I am here now with iv in my getting my protein & Vitamins back in me. Just had my weekly 18 Liters Of fluid taken Off. Got here at 1pm its 3:25 now and still have about another 30 min to an hour before I will be done. Do this once every week for past 2 years now

Yes, it does. I’m resting most of the day I have. I went shopping with a friend and just took a pretty easy. Opening up the front porch tomorrow and then I have to open up the treehouse terrace at least by the end of the week but I got a lot of cleaning to do up there. It’s OK usually takes me 10 days to two weeks to get it all done. It keeps me young.🍃🌸🦢
