- Good morning on my friends I started my spring refresh, but then life got in the way so I didn’t get an opportunity to finish but I did do a full video. I’ll finish my little spring refresh in the next video. Looking forward to going seeing my sister in April, it’s my sister‘s birthday and mine so we’ll have a little birthday party together and of course I’ll take you guys along to the farm, or hang out there I’m gonna pick up her best friend on the way and we have a nice time together for a week. I’ll see you guys in the next video. Hope you enjoy.

Loves Mama Brooke.🍃💝 INGREDIENTS
Approximately 3 whole clementines (320 gm or 12 oz)
½ cup olive oil
2 large eggs
1 ¼ cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
Icing
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp either mandarin or orange juice or water
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut 3 medium size clementines or mandarins into quarters, remove seeds and purée in food processor into mashed well.
2. Add oil, eggs and blend well. Add sugar and process well, then add flour, baking powder and salt and mix just until flour is incorporated.
3. Pour into 9" springform pan INSTRUCTIONS

4. Mix icing sugar and tangerine or orange juice and drizzle over cake that has been poked with holes. Enjoy!!

GM Brooke. I love your Easter decor, especially your table setting. I’m a 75 yr old widow so set my table for one also. No problem. I think we should treat ourselves just as special as we would if we had a breakfast partner.
Several yrs ago I purchased plastic boxes for my shoe collection and it was such a pleasure to see my shoes at a glance and know they were protected from dust etc. Glad you’re getting the boiler repaired today. It may be a little inconvenient but we gotta do what we gotta do.😁🤗 Have a beautiful day💕💕💕

Really nice shoe collection, the rule of thumb to avoid clutter is if you haven’t worn it in a year get rid of I, another helpful rule is when you buy one get rid of one . Hope this helps. I wish I could still wear heels but at this stage in my life (65) I can’t wear them due to my knees. Probably came from me wearing heels 😆 Brooke have you considered showing more cooking contact because you’re a great cook and I’ve tried a couple of your recipes and I really love them.Cooking channels get a lot of views and a lot of subscribers
Very true! But that’ll never happen lol I got rid of 100 pairs about five years ago so I’m proud of that🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was a businesswoman. I wore stilettos and suits every day for 40 years. yeah I just throw it in on this channel. I don’t have time to do two channels Instagram I have just a check in the kitchen over there and Brooke Draycott designs so I got a full package going on a lot of work for an old lady.

What a day…you got it done‼️ Our water heater went out last year and it’s a good thing it did before we built out the laundry room…whew‼️The expense sucks but it’s such a relief when it’s all new and working properly. ❤ I bet that cake is so good, oooooo a nice cup of tea and a nice movie or good book. Just recently moved so I don't have to much spring cleaning to do. Thankfully the house was spotless when i moved in. I just need to touch up. I am however, still going through boxes and getting rid of things. I'm glad you set a pretty table for yourself. You're worth it!!

Yeah, I did the one in the bathroom sink before but I didn’t have the proper paint to do it when I was fixing it and let me tell you I am not unscrewing it to paint that. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

wow, you do have thing for shoes but that is good, good to have a passion for things... my feet size changed as I got older, earlier ones became too small, then a few I had in recent times stretched too large, but still I remember some I had and wish I had kept them :) I used to adore shoes when growing up too, I still remember some of them.. Good job w DIY, it is inspiring :) I love citrus anything, I hope to try some of these recipes. WOW My mother had those black mesh heels with the pink roses on! how crazy is that? But hers were from the 60's I think her heels were not so tall but still skinny heels, cant believe they used to walk in those! I think I have only had maybe one pair of heels in my whole life but I have weak ankles so. I have to start my geraniums too, I did mine with yours last year so❤

Oh, I miss heels so much. 🥺 But I have lymphedema and must wear flat, comfy shoes. But the good news is I'm losing weight and exercising, so that can improve. One day I might be able to get a little heel.
I want to do my own garden bathtub drain too. It leaks when I take a bath, all the water slowly drains out. 😢

Sorry to say this but wearing 4 to 5 inch heels after 65 years of age is an accident waiting to happen. Kinda reminds me of my girlfriend calling last week who suffers from osteoporosis telling me she is going to start roller skating with her son. Each to his own I guess?? Lovely shoes! I can see why you'd hate to part with them.
