Based on this video, I went to Hiro Nori and had the best ramen I've ever had! The soup was so good that I wanted to drink it, not just leave it as I do with most ramen bowls. The noodles were freshly made, and the tonkatsu toppings were very tasty. The pork belly buns were soft and savory, a dish that I will get again. The Pina colada drink was addicting. Thanks Rockstar. 😊

I frequent the Pasadena location. It is a must because of the fact that they grill the char sui. It has a lovely smokey flavor that is reminiscent of yakitori grilled pork belly on a stick.

After seeing this vid, I tried the Torrance/Carson location. It was good but not great. For a better ramen try the most expensive tonkatsu ramen at Marafuku near the Irvine Spectrum.
Everything looked wonderful! Plan to try the Orange location🍜🍜

If you ever come up to the Bay Area and want to try different ramen, head to San Mateo. HiroNori, Taishoken, Kajiken, Shugetsu, and more. And out of the bunch, HiroNori's "meh".
