Shrimp chive dumpling (pan fried) is my favorite. I've eaten at Atlantic Seafood when I lived in LA, but it was a long time ago. Good Cantonese food.

Sit near the kitchen - people snap up the favourite dishes right away. You can also get a big dish of greens or noodles on the side from your waiter. You will be full.

Why is he so rushy? In traditional way, you never rush when going to "Yum Cha"! Rule No. 1: Yum Cha (= Drinking Tea♥) also means "taking time" because Yum Cha means drinking Tea always comes with DIM Sum = Enjoy all the Delights that are made and selected for your Heart! ♥♥♥

In Chinese, it is etiquette to have a communal pair of chopsticks to serve food out of a communal vessel (i.e. the steamed baskets). You should not be using your personal pair of chopsticks that you've put in your mouth and have contaminated with your saliva put back into the communal vessel. A definite no no when you are sharing a dish.
Agree, unless you're dining with your immediate family. Just our custom from a 3rd generation Chinese grinding Chinese food for over 70 years in Hawaii.

Each sauce is supposed to have a distinct flavour. 3:57 "Shrimp" is redundant; "har" means shrimp. "Shrimp hargow" = shrimp shrimp dumpling. And it's a shame these days that people don't take the time to hold/use chopsticks properly. Otherwise, another enjoyable video. Thanks.

Chicken Feet is my #1 favorite dim sum dish. Even though there is not much meat to it, it is high in collagen. It will keep you young looking.
