had to fact check it cause i didnt believe it but holy crap that amazing, I love Evolt my fav villain in Kamen Rider so far.

Nope. His overhead buff is for him Countering when he evades enemies' attacks.
His EX is the one providing enemies to lock on Kelger

He has follow-ups for his follow-ups wtf?
He has a pre-emptive attack, like Cor, and a counterattack, like Machina.
His pre-emptive attack triggers before an enemy's turn, if his BT Effect is active, his pre-emptive attack will trigger twice. His counterattack (the flash-step thing where he vanishes then strikes) is triggered if he successfully dodges an attack.
With his Force Time, every pre-emptive strike increases his gauge by 10%, and dodging an attack increases it by 50%.

I have a question Aida, Is he counter tank? but why am I seeing a follow up attack, Please explain cause it's confusing to me.
He is both a pre-emptive attacker like Cor and a blink tank. He attacks before an enemy turn (with his BT effect, he attacks twice), if he dodges an attack, he also has a follow-up, that's the blink-step attack he does.

@@ohmatokita4410 Well remember, tank step-ups can be tricky, especially with other party members. This fight was specifically set up to be blink tank abusable.
