I've been doing the same 3 Lita Lewis/SELF videos since March of 2020, and I truly don't know where I'd be without them! This has been my saving grace (outside of running and yoga) since gyms closed and, along with basically memorizing everything Lita says, I've gained so much strength in muscles I didn't even know I had. Thankful for this RUclips channel, and Queen Lita!
This is only workout that has ever made me smile! The instructors are so awesome that even though the moves are not the easiest to me I still had positive thoughts thanks to the positive energy!

Harry Stevanio they have lots of workout videos on their playlist. I would just switch it up everyday. I’ve been doing them for nearly 3 months and feel great.
@@harrystevanio8718 I mean if you no longer get sore then switch it up.That means its too easy.You shouldn't get injured if you choose a good pace quality beats quantity.
Reese just looked unphased through anything and everything. Just a big smile on him and never out of breath. Same with Lisa. She's literally commentating as she does all modifications and never gets out of breath Both of these individuals are peak

I love, love, LOVE these workouts...and Lisa Lewis!! She is the BEST!! She's CRAZY fit and strong, so positive and empowering, and thankfully the total opposite of the unrealistic "skinny minny" trainer with the squeaky high-pitched voice that kind of makes you wanna roll your eyes the whole time you're working out. My only critique of this particular workout "episode" is that there's little-to-no transition time between moves, so you end up losing time on your exercises while you're switching positions. Otherwise, I hope Lisa Lewis will be "starring" in tons more videos!!
i heard the lady saying "go on chris coz you are very good in this am gonna let you do it" then i knew am not alone. Otherwise this my seventh time doing the exercise and completed it succesfully. keep posting such workouts!
The first time i did this around May 2020, i almost died and couldn't finish the circuits fully and properly. I avoided this video for quite sometime and focused to build my strength. 3 months down in Aug 2020, i just breezed through!! Feel proud of my body 😀👍

I just love the combination of Lita and Reese. Very good professional chemistry. My comment wouldn't be complete without mentioning how drop dead gorgeous Lita is. Most importantly, they both look proper👌🏿.
Awesome workout that is challenging and gets the heart pumping, but not making you feel too exhausted at the end! Resting for 45 seconds between each round really helped with recovery and made me feel ready to push hard again on the next round!
Thank you for the workout. Really enjoyed it. I love that you keep saying "no pace is wrong". I've discovered that I unconsciously play a playlist of coaching voices in my head telling me that what I'm doing is not enough. So, by you saying "no pace is wrong" really makes me comfortable with increasing my pace mindfully without sacrificing form.

This was the first video i was able to complete and so far the easiest one. I was never a big fan of cardio but des two changed my thoughts.
