  • Rhys and Amy take us through a 20 minute HIIT cardio workout routine that targets the lower body that also includes a warm-up and cool-down. This plyometric workout consists of drop lunges, burpee crunches, pop jacks, triceps press backs, plank jack hops and step to jump squats.

    This was great. Very challenging. Had to modify a several times. One day I hope I can make it through completely with no modifying, but I’m not that physically fit. I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries and I’m in my 40s. so I’d say I’ve gotten pretty damn far in my journey to recovery and actually amazed I am able to finally do workouts I’d never thought I’d be able to do again. Thank you for helping me along to prove that with the power of your mind and determination you can overcome battles. These workouts have changed my life. Thank you. Very grateful I am.

    Just found this channel!
    Big fan of quick intense workouts that anyone can do at home.
    I'm always promoting stuff like this to my clients or in our own videos.
    30min or even less is really all you need, especially as a beginner starting out on their fitness journey.

      I think he has those silicone glasses stoppers that you attach to the temples of your glasses. I bought mine at this Japanese dollar store called Daiso, and they're a godsend - my glasses will never fall no matter how hard I work out. It even survived through active bouts of Zumba and BodyCombat.

    It was good . Looking forward to more of such workouts . It was more of a total body to me . Those Burpees weren't boring though . 👍

    Wow first try i did it all but let me tell u this doesnt compare with running or even jumping rope. This is just WOW. Feels amazing after u done it with that cooldown.Thank u and i cant waot for the next session! 🙏

    I told myself this would be easy, only 20 mins. Why did 10 mins feel like 30 mins? Only did half a circuit but will improve as I do them more the next day. I know this workout will put me in a coffin but might be worth it 😂
