- Rhys and Amy take us through a 20 minute HIIT cardio workout routine that targets the lower body that also includes a warm-up and cool-down. This plyometric workout consists of drop lunges, burpee crunches, pop jacks, triceps press backs, plank jack hops and step to jump squats.

This was great. Very challenging. Had to modify a several times. One day I hope I can make it through completely with no modifying, but I’m not that physically fit. I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries and I’m in my 40s. so I’d say I’ve gotten pretty damn far in my journey to recovery and actually amazed I am able to finally do workouts I’d never thought I’d be able to do again. Thank you for helping me along to prove that with the power of your mind and determination you can overcome battles. These workouts have changed my life. Thank you. Very grateful I am.
