- Rhys and Amy take us through a 20 minute HIIT cardio workout routine that targets the lower body that also includes a warm-up and cool-down. This plyometric workout consists of drop lunges, burpee crunches, pop jacks, triceps press backs, plank jack hops and step to jump squats.

Been doing these workouts for over a month now. You guys are amazing! Not only is my body getting stronger and fitter but so is my mind! THANK YOU AGAIN
This was great. Very challenging. Had to modify a several times. One day I hope I can make it through completely with no modifying, but I’m not that physically fit. I’ve had 3 spinal surgeries and I’m in my 40s. so I’d say I’ve gotten pretty damn far in my journey to recovery and actually amazed I am able to finally do workouts I’d never thought I’d be able to do again. Thank you for helping me along to prove that with the power of your mind and determination you can overcome battles. These workouts have changed my life. Thank you. Very grateful I am.

I think he has those silicone glasses stoppers that you attach to the temples of your glasses. I bought mine at this Japanese dollar store called Daiso, and they're a godsend - my glasses will never fall no matter how hard I work out. It even survived through active bouts of Zumba and BodyCombat.
I ask exactly that to myself everytime when I see a workout with him...XD.

I told myself this would be easy, only 20 mins. Why did 10 mins feel like 30 mins? Only did half a circuit but will improve as I do them more the next day. I know this workout will put me in a coffin but might be worth it 😂
