I gotta say this. This probably is the only channel on youtube which is actually body positive. There are no Hyper-Masculine men or Hyper-Feminine women with impossible bodies doing impossible workouts. Just two regular everyday people doing some workouts. This doesn't leave me hating my body or wondering what's wrong with me. I've been doing this for three months and I have never been happier with myself. Moreover, Lisa has a particular air to herself that's soo positive and warm. Absolutely love this!!
I enjoy Leta lewis workouts more than any other workouts in RUclips, they motivate me, the quality of the videos, the time arrangement everything is appreciated.

I've been eating crap and doing these workouts and jump rope. I've put on weight but also muscle on my legs big time, need to get my diet sorted out, im really enjoying the workouts though!

@@gracenjoroge36 I managed to sort out the diet, the workouts are good though. I think as long as you're doing something like this, your body will improve. I was eating barely anything before and lost a lot of muscle, constant weakness and flabbiness so i'd rather eat a bit more and have more muscle :D

I just love her hiit workouts, I think her workouts have changed my thinking of doing workouts, I was used to running on the road, but I have realized that her hiit workouts do more good than running always. Thank you Lita Lewis and Riss.

As a person who is starting again to exercise it is tough trying to find workouts that show good results. Thankfully for this channel I was able to find a good workout and good instructors ready to perform an amazing workout with me. Without even using a Fitbit or monitor I was able to tell that this workout is for me. I follow this channel for my leg workout and my cardio workout that I do each week. @@DC-zk3uv Hi. I did and still are doing it four times a week. There are four different videos--with the same instructors--that I use repeatedly. I'm at a place now where I can actually keep up the exact same pace as shown in the videos!

I got through the workout and am very sweaty! One suggestion though is to have different circuits for the second half because at that point the same exercises became boring and repetitive to me.
