      @cyoungrun1 oh yeah, and distance running like that isnt sprinting pretty much as fast as you can for two laps. If you try as hard as you can every race, your legs SHOULD feel like giving out

    • @challengingfire8747
      @challengingfire8747 4 года назад +3

      @cyoungrun1 lmao I've been in cross country for 5 years so try again. And technically, the 800 is about 80% sprinting sooooo. I've ran it a lot, and if you run as hard as you can, your legs WILL feel like jelly. I have no idea what I'm talking about? Babe I've sprinted, done mid and long distance, and ran a half marathon. Get over yourself. 800s arent easy for everyone, and me mostly focusing on long distance means it's going to be a harder race for me. Thank you, next

      Every professional athlete is on drugs - don't kid yourself. This is a common knowledge and everyone who is in sports knows that. Every athlete since 1970s been on some kind of drugs (some easier detectable, some harder). You know how fast can a complete natural run, even best of the best naturals run nowhere near what a high school athletes run (on drugs). There's not a single athlete in the sport today that is natural - they simply do't make it there.
      Russia was only targeted due to political reasons. I suggest stop been brainwashed and use your brains or whatever is left to think for yourself. I agree about Semenya tho - that dude should be running with dudes - he is a real cheater

    Look at Semenya at 3:40~3:54
    Semenya upped speed but he almost didn't breathe with his big mouth and he was't taking full swings his arms. That's so strange.
    And look at 3:54~3:55
    Semenya downed speed and he was looking at the time board. That's impossible too..this is the final. Nobody couldn't do that in history. Everyone can see he didn't use his all, even judges.
    And thus far, he have broken many women's track meets for money.
    And of course other 800m runners know it. Some runners commented about it.
    But it's not his fault. Not clear rules make he do that.
