Excellent video from you as usual, shows again the combined team work , planning and execution of the movement, by Alleleys Heavy Haulage, the Traffic Police and all the contractors involved in removing and replacing any offending road furniture.
Thank you very much Graham! It's really interesting watching all the agencies working together to get this done. They reckoned it would take 7 hours and did it in 4 hours.
Despite the weather another great video of a very impressive transport! Thanks! Funny to see the old lettering of Mammoet showing up under the new Allelys logo's. The shot on the bridge would have benefitted from a nice drone-shot i think?
Thank you! Yes, I noticed afterwards the Mammoet lettering on the side. You know a drone angle would be pretty neat on these kind of transports. Not sure on the viability of that with the weather around the bridge at the time? Definitely one to consider for the future.
The Ipswich teams probably have a practiced plan which they have used before, so it's easy then to just 'press the button' to repeat. When everyone knows what they need to do, it's easier to do.
@barryheckels a typical British nanny state overreaction lol. I know they do this because people are stupid and will get in the way, but it kinda feels like accomodating this much for it makes it worse
How on earth do you do it! One minute in the US and now in little Ipswich. I’m here in Ipswich and was on the road before this. We’ve had quite a few of these transports and I’ve not seen one yet!
The snow in Ipswich didn't last long at all. I've been staying here this weekend, it started around 2am and was completely gone by the time I woke up around 10am. Then it just rained all day.

Lots of moving around and very tired from the changes in timezones! Haha. Yeah, they come through Ipswich fairly often, and the local authorities often give plenty of notice so I can plan well in advance. Just keep an eye out for information and expect it to be from around first light on a Sunday!

Another one just up the road from me, didn’t get a chance to see it so appreciate this video, thanks again.
The new ending was done pretty well Cobra..Great video Man.
Appreciate it Ronn!
This is the Coolest station! Thank you
Appreciate the support! Thank you!
Glad you went filming, in the pouring rain!
Haha yes! Soaked but it was good fun. Thanks.
Lolz The lead support truck giving off Knightrider vibes.
Good to see you in Ipswich
The months of organisation with all involved agencies is mind boggling.

05:00 Duh… the plod's telling me to turn left, but I'm just going to sit here until he changes his mind, 'cos I'm stoopid… double duh.
bloody hell the amount of police and other vehicles must be costing a fortune and still no wide load

Excellent video. Now binge watching your channel. Drone fottage would be amazing.
Welcome aboard! Thank you. Yeah, drone footage would be pretty good! Been considering it for a while.
Great video. These operations must take abit of organisation.
Amazing 👏 video 📹 👏

Judging by the sound those still are the V8 MAN?
The lead unit is a 640 6 cylinder.

I never would have guessed. Thanks!
Fantastic content bud.
What in the name of I don't know what...a those clutches made of 😮
I was almost expecting the bridge at the end to start crumbling under the weight, and Thunderbird 2 to come in to the rescue…..!
Cool super sized trailer!

Yup. It was nice snow when I checked at 0300. By the time I went out to film at 0600, it was pouring it down. Wet wet wet!
What are those “eyes” in the windscreen of that truck, creepy 😳
That is LED running text, you can customize the display
I like those eyes, hahahaha, they make the look cooler. It's been trending in Indonesia
I'm sure the answer is no which is why they need to do this. But i still cant help wondering if this thing could have been constructed on-site
I think he said it had arrived by sea and delivered to the port of Ipswich.
Have any collaborators in California? Response for the fires out here would fill up a whole video pretty quickly
Not at the moment! I did California in 2017 and had 6 brush fires in 2 weeks. It was a very busy period.
These loads don’t need a gigantic trailer like this a flatbed or low loader is fine
It needs a lot of wheels to distribute the load of 178 tons on the road surface.
Hello
Bro how is there only 1 comment
Yeah that was strange. I assume it was because everyone joined the live chat. Anyway, been more since. Thanks.
@CobraEmergency I used to watch you a lot growing up as a kid almost everyday on my mothers phone
Why are there police
Police will be there to stop traffic and clear the route ahead. eg roundabouts, junctions so the ab load has enough room/space to get past
