I'm so happy to see this! This is what people need to be doing if they want to alleviate bunions - actually strengthening the abductor hallucis muscle to abduct the big toe (pull it away from the other toes). This is much better advice than some of the other videos on this general topic that might be misleading to viewers (like one called "strengthen your bunion" or ones that hook one rubber band around both big toes for stretching [which is ok], but which might make people think you should contract/strengthen and pull against that rubber band [which would intensify the bunion]).
