    Corey as always, another good podcast. Trains: I am surprised you didn’t mention Newark Broad Street Station (NJ Transit) which is even much closer to the Lower Broadway Neighborhood than Penn Station.

      @@gregganderson5458 Thanks for adding this observation! Yes very true, I was referencing from a perspective of distance from the southern end of Branch Brook Park. But you are correct in that Broad Street is closer for most of the neighborhood.

    All of Newark property taxes double or triple after sale. I have 4 properties in this neighborhood all same story. Time of purchase property taxes at $3k, 18 months later taxes became $9.5k. Good luck fighting it NEWARK City hall doesn't care if you can't afford the increase.

      @@edmundogoris2682 Thanks for sharing your experience. Were the properties renovated and purchased at a higher price? This does happen a lot in Newark and taxes will definitely adjust.

      @ Parker, Ridge st, summer ave still great area to be. Just like you said goldmine. Started buying 2017.
