Fourth, and this is a minor one, the brand SF Lights will be unknown to many people while F3 was a known brand despite the car technically not being a modern representation of F3 anymore. Would be a way better solution to just replace the Formula C with it, keep it without any country-bias and give people some money back after buying the soon outdated F3. Also, I really hoped this would get rid of the "red on dark red" rev lights steering wheel, but at least it seems like the rev limiter is WAY more forgiving than in the current F3.
F3 will be retired within a year. This is just an updated f3 car. The old F3 was the dallara f317 and the super formula light is the dallara f324. It's just an upgraded version of the f317
LMU has ruined IMSA for me, but I want to have a go with rain this season. Leaving me thinking probably F4 or maybe FF1600. But this new formula car looks rad. Will this car have rain tyres on release?

@@Hexadeci same , hope it handles more like the current f3 . I really didn't like the f4 after driving the f3 , and i only got 2 or 3 weeks of racing in it so this came early into my transition to f3 .

Too many open wheelers now, the player spread is becoming too much. SF grids are already quite empty and this car is too similar to the f3. Its a nice thing to have and im sure the quality will be top as always, but its just a shame that it likely wont get the attention it deserves. Something needs to be done about the very high number of different series running simultaneously because quite a few of them just stay empty most of the time
Once again iracing diluting its content and the people complain about participation rates. If they are going to introduce a new class of open wheel then they should take one away
@@drchtct they probably won’t as these aren’t a facelift, they have a different engine, different aero package, are for a different series etc. They announced this a while ago as well
Got the f3 a week ago. Joined I racing with 3 months sub and one week later was Black Friday so asked if I could do 2 years sub on the new acc rate since I wanted to try it before committing. Answer no 😁 all it takes is Assetto Corsa to make a similar ranked in a one time purchase and they will see people fleeing
@mjonesmotorsportsbarcharts lol calm down. If you split drivers across 10 or 100 series you will have different partecipation, it's simple math. It's better for every driver to have more splits possible. And you purchase cars that can become useless in a few months
