I started watching this series like a week or two ago and now I'm mad I caught up; It made me buy Ascended and play solo again and I've been learning a lot. Love the enthusiasm and positivity!
You're responsible for keeping my interest in this game. I'm on xbox and have reached my limit on save game falls. I know the potential of this IP and don't want to give up. Thank you for letting us experience what this game is all about.
They seem to have fixed the single player save game issue on PS5 so hopefully they'll have a fix for Xbox soon.

Great build, man. I'm gonna have to try experimenting with those railings as well. I'm a huge X-Men fan, so I'm probably gonna put a bunch of X's all over the place.

It would be neat to see it lit up like your volcano base from season 4. All the gaps would cast some pretty cool shapes at night.
Found a bunch of oil nodes at the blue ob. Along with obsidion , metal and crystal. One stop shop!
Fun vid as always man. Those railings almost look like metal beams. You need to tame a pelegornis, they are awesome for gathering polymer in ASA> :)

Yes. Super fun building! Single player is sooo fun. But…. lol I go for functional over aesthetics a lot of the time. I get frustrated with the snapping sometimes. lol.

Q makes building SOOO much less frustrating.
The only good thing about them deciding on Ascended instead of Ark 2, is that by the time Ark 2 comes out, the PC's, PS6, and the newest Xbox will be much more well equipped to handle UE5.
As for the improved building mechanics and creature pathfinding, we would have just seen that in Ark 2, had that come out instead
