For those who grew up listening to Ozzy, like me, I'm sure you think Live and Loud is the best live album Ozzy has ever made. And the live version we can appreciate in this video, is the living proof of it.
@@thewiseowl1776 I thought so to at first just as I thought on the 1982 MTV Halloween show with Brad Gillis on gutair .this show was simulcast live over countless radio stations around the country .this concert ended up being part of the Speak At The Devil live record of Sabbath cover tunes along with the Speak Of The Devil DVD Home Video that was released .after listening to it several times I couldn't believe how good Ozzys vocals were on it .I saw Ozzy live a couple times one with Rhoads and another later with Zach and have heard almost every bootleg recordings over the years and Ozzy never sounded anywhere near as good as he did on Speak At (or Of on the UK release) The Devil and the Live and Loud recordings and came to find out later that both those concert recordings were run through a pitch or tune correction device that clearly works and was something that had just been introduced for recordings back in 1982 .which I knew something was going on in those recordings cause Ozzy never sounded that good live .but regardless Ozzy did a awesome job on studio recordings especially on those first two solo releases with Randy Rhoads .Songs like "Tonight" and "You Can't Kill Rock And Roll" really showcased Ozzys best vocals of his entire career .Ozzy has credited Randy for his vocals on both the Blizzard and Diary records saying Randy took the time to help him with voice lessons helping him (something that his mates in Sabbath would have never done) to sing in tune even playing the songs in certain keys that best matched Ozzys voice
@@thewiseowl1776 Yeah I thought so too at first but it (Live And Loud) and the Speak Of The Devil double live record and Speak Of The Devil (Or Talk At The Devil UK version) DVD Home Video that was created from the MTV Halloween Speak Of The Devil Concert showed Ozzys best vocals of his career but later came to find out that those recordings were ran through a auto pitch and tune correction device that clearly works and was something that had just been introduced for recordings back around 1982 .I saw Ozzy live a couple times one with Rhoads and another later with Zach and have heard almost every bootleg recordings over the years and Ozzy never sounded anywhere near as good as he did in those two records .Now Ozzy did a great job on studio recordings especially on those first two records with Randy .songs like "Tonight and "You Can't Kill Rock And Roll" were without a doubt the best vocals of Ozzys career .Ozzy has always credited Rhoads for his vocals having taken the time to help him with voice lessons to sing in tune even playing the songs in certain keys that best matched Ozzys voice
Randy is turning over in his grave each & every time Zakk does those dozens & dozens of over played & annoying pinch harmonics to ANY of his songs & Randy is shaking his head because Zakk does this crap to the Ozzy era Sabbath tunes & Jake era Ozzy solo tunes.!!
@@chewiepeanut because he can...how about you show me something better? no? exactly so sit down and be quite! what band are you in again? never heard of you...and never will! L
OMG! I JUST SAVED IT to my RUclips channel & hope it's not gone when I check back! This 67 years young woman still loves Ozzy from Black Sabbath days & definitely still loves to ROCK! YES! Ozzy is #1 in my book! Crank it up! I can't fucking hear youuu!

Awesome video .good to see Zak like his old self before he morphed into his viking biker persona .he's a great guitar player but all the Rhoads songs aren't actually played in the same keys and I get him wanting to make them his own but it really shows how much more precise and cleaner Randy was as a live player .Zak go's a little over the top on the harmonic skweals for my taste and tends to play faster than the songs are written but regardless he was a really incredible player back then (still is just not quite as much IMO )
Just by the fashion, mosh pit and general looks, it is pretty evident this is the early 1990's. A time when grundge was literally taking over and pushing "traditional" hard rock to the sides despite strong sales.
R.I.P. Randy Castillo. He was a killer drummer.💖
Yes, he was.
That he was ❤ R.I.P ❤
Absolutely 💯 I loved Randy in the Moscow Music Festival in 1989.
This is Ozzys best lineup. 1987 to 1993. Best musicians and No rest and No more tears are just as successful and great as Blizzard and Diary
True but ozzy has always had excellent drummers ( Aldridge, Bordin,...)
Man, Ozzy's in great physical shape here.
He said in his book he had a shitload of liposuction done around this time. Sucked all the beer fat out of his neck.
Pensei o mesmo
The guitarist is more
He could jump then.
For those who grew up listening to Ozzy, like me, I'm sure you think Live and Loud is the best live album Ozzy has ever made.
And the live version we can appreciate in this video, is the living proof of it.
I love this transition era between the glam/hard rock to alternative heavy hard rock
Sorry, Tribute has always been his best live album to me. Bought Blizzard when it came out and lived Oz until prob Tears.
All of them son

Lmao Zakk’s squeals and licks randomly throughout the song are just freaking amazing 😍😂
Its annoying really.

Yeah it never grows old. Plays a guitar like an airshow.

I almost think they fact that he is still alive after all the drugs he did that would kill normal men, is proof he was meant to be here all this time.

Badass drummer randy c always in our heart's forever's ❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love ozzy. My favorite musician of all time!
Ozzys bands have always been filled with excellent musicians. Zack and Randy era worked well. They could really rock together.
This song is brute force. If it was anything it was a factor in the decision to be a major metal contender or continue as a pop band.

At least one of your songs will match up with an individuals emotions and will fall in a category with music such as country music.
How many videos was this cut from what were they? I'd live to see them all
So hot there... 🔥when Ozzy gonna wild!!⚡⚡👅🔥🔥🔥
Sharon helped him- to the TOP !! 💕
Sharon has to be one of the worst persons that's close to the music industry

Mike Inez on bass??
This was Ozzy’s best band with Randy, Zakk and Mike.
