- In this video review I talk about he new Reylight Mini Pineapple double AAA EDC Titanium flashlight. I talk about it’s updated design and performance with the beautiful 519a Nichia that has a lot of power and pretty rosy 4000k temperature and tint. I talk about how much of a game changer the improved lumens to 400+ lumens makes in this light. How the flood and throw of this light are perfectly balanced to Everyday carry use. That the way the light carries in the pocket is practically unnoticeable and the beauty of being able to run common AAA dual fuel batteries in an emergency situation or a pinch is amazing. This light blends a real working tool with a premium fit and finish that competes with $250 plus custom flashlights. The tail switch also feels improved being less finicky and inaccurate (Rey told me that he did tune the button) with still offering the tritium slot and the available updated tail cap. The 10880 battery is really nice for enhanced performance of output and battery life. Although it is unfortunately just a USB Micro instead of a newer USB type C. Overall this is about as perfect as you can get for an easy to pocket, premium EDC titanium flashlight that uses common battery types.

Sorry meaning AAA any time I was saying AA 😅 apologies.
They are on sale right now on Rey’s site. $20 off.
What does this light have for battery runtime?
So did it ever get clarified about the low voltage protection I’d also like to know if it’s 100%
Hey brother, where do you order your tritium inserts from? Can't figure it out
Mixglo
I assume there's still no battery/low voltage indication of any kind? That's the sole reason I haven't gotten pineapple.
Yeah unfortunately it will just poof…turn off.
Will it at least step down before shutting off from low battery.
Easy fix. Charge battery every after use
@@raeslit dumb solution..
Are you able to swap out the switch to make it momentary instead of reverse click? Also, what is the link to the aftermarket switch you mention in the video?
So you cannot make it a momentary light pressure style switch. I can link the alternative tailcap that is able to tail stand with.
I'm expecting my first Reylights soon. I got the aluminum pineapple mini and aluminum lanapple. Are there any problems I should keep an eye out for?
Main one is just with the switch that it’s properly allows you to cycle through the modes without accidentally restarting the sequence.
Micro-usb is a total no-go now imo. No good for a premium light. If they fix that I'd be interested.
Output? Modes? Memory? Beam shots? You missed a lot when describing a "perfect" torch.
