MixGlo is the best value for tritium. The packing shown in this video is still being practiced. Very meticulous. The vials are shipped in that foam lined snap closure case with cotton wadding, then sealed inside a foil/plastic bag. The outer bag helps minimize radiation detection, so your package has NO CHANCE of being flagged. I had them ship by registered, which is $5. You really don't need tracking. Shipping to USA takes about 1 to 2 weeks, depending upon the time of the year.
Can confirm, just received my vials from MixGlo, same great packaging and arrived in about a week, super fast!

I just followed all the same steps, and everything works great! The MixGlo link is still working and regularly updated as of June 2022.
Note: The Norland 61 link in the video description is no longer working, but they sell that on MixGlo as well. I got 2 cc's for five 2x6 mm tritium vials, and I have plenty leftover for future projects.

Very helpful video -- thanks! How much Norland did you buy? Looks like at least 3cc. I find 1cc is good enough for at least a dozen tritium vial installations.
As for tweezers, I worry a lot about pressure, as it doesn't take much to crack a vial. What I do is create a paper "cradle"--basically a 3" wide strip of paper that narrows to about 0.5"" with a crease. The vial can be rolled onto the paper and will seat nicely in the fold. You position the slot at the end of the cradle, then slide the vial into place.

I'm surprised you can purchase these tubes as there's only two or three companies allowed to sell tritium and it's illegal to sell outside of UK and USA as I'm informed. I'm wanting to buy a original trader watch that the tubes no longer work and was wondering if I could buy them and from where.
those tweezers look nice, what ones are they?
I think they were something generic I got from ebay probably. sorry I don't have more details.
Appears the UV cured epoxy is permanent. Can the vials be removed in case they need to be replaced?
Heat and mechanically will loosen it up some but not dissolve it.

I already ordered $150 worth of tritium vials from EDC Gear UK a couple weeks ago now I go back and try to get more and they refuse to sell to anyone in USA because "they don't have a license". This was the cheapest place I could find. Guess I won't be getting anymore.
