- In this video, I review the Olight Warrior Mini 3 EDC Everyday Carry Tactical flashlight. I talk about how it has an attractive design and is easy to carry. I talk about the magnetic charging system. I talk about its new enhancement tail button that is silent in operation for operations and is still magnetic. I talk about how nice the Luminous SFT 40 is in this light and how much of a relief it is to see Olight using know, non mystery emitters in their light. I go over the beam pattern and the throw of the light. Overall with is smaller than most 18650 lighter, it’s improved design, the high power SFT 40, this pocket rocket of a light shows the potential of Olight at it’s best.

The downside with the tactical mode is that the first level is medium and than strobe. On previous models it was turbo and than strobe. The non click button isnt important. If you turn your light on the light will give away your position anyhow.
What if you’re fighting daredevil? He’ll hear the button, but won’t perceive the light

Great review! One small suggestion: Auto white balance keeps changing the tone, so I’d change the white balance setting to a fixed value.
So I clicked on this video, because I am seeing how this flashlight has the pocket clip near the tail. When did Olight change this? I was going to purchase the Warrior Mini 3 when it launched, but held off because it looked like an emitter head up only light. This reminds me of the option in the Warrior Mini 2, and happy to see it,

They didn't change it, there is an optional clip you can buy that allows you to attach the pocket clip at the tail end.

How long does it take to charge it? I'm asking because I'm picking up this light at 8 pm and want to go out and try it before it gets too late 😅
It will usually take about 1-2 hours but should come at 50%. So just use it then charge it up later.

Olight went from being cool, to pretty horrible (like in the wariiron mini fire days) and now they are crawling back out. The Baton 3 was kinda the truning point, and the WM3 is the light that they always should have been making. THey are actually paying a little attention to tint and candella these days instead of "WE HAVE ALL THE LUMENS". And then those lumens don't go anywhere and the look horrible. lol They're back to being recommendable again.
Other brands of lithium batteries cannot be used!
