I really appreciate your testing methodology. Thank you for being one of the trustworthy reviewers out there!
I have appreciated this channel as well. Also have bought me parts from as well but until this video and seeing him not on the bike as he has in other videos. Kind of makes me wonder now because if he was sitting on this bike there would be different results in Dino testing. Maybe it was the miss overlooked thing, but all tests need to be done this way without having a 200lb rider on a bike when on the dyno
I'm not hating but when it comes to testing any kind of testing these things matter
From now on all tests need to be decided whether or not you will be on or off the vehicle when testing all I ask
I have this bike and I love it. The Bluetooth is to connect your phone for music and calls. Walfisk sent me a video on how to unlock the bike and make it go faster.
Can you account for the discrepancy on the Dyno? GPS tested the speed? I think this bike is going to need a 2-2500watt motor to hit 40+ if this is the typical spec'd delivery
@@andyfumo8931Motor Goat V3 is a better bike than this one for a similar price
How fast does it go unlocked???
@@andyfumo8931I have to agree with you, remember when they give a speed its usually under best circumstances and a light rider and no wind. But there are definitely Ebike companies giving a speed and it ends up faster than what is stated.
All tests need to be redone as he is not sitting on the bike with this dyno test as he has done before
Dino's results will be different when having 200 lb rider on or off
it looks pretty good but a bit too beefy for a 1500 watt motor. it should have definitely been 3kw out the door.
Depends, if it is actually stepped down a lot. It could be considered a Legal Ebike. My City only allows 750w 20mph bikes.
Excellent review..I was surprised at the price point compared to similar bikes...not a bad deal at the moment
Great job I'm getting one sent to me soon as they complete the new upgrades like forks and display with app and I like the brakes being where they are it's like a motorcycle I switch mine all the time on regular Ebikes. And the charger is no big deal just grab another 4a charger and use both as an 8a. But I will be doing a long term review of this soon giving it over 30 videos in 3mo. Thanks fo your input an keep up the great work. After my review I will be upgrading it to do well close to 60mph to make it as fast as it looks. Keep an eye out for my videos of all that I will start basic inexpensive to total upgrades. Thank again love the Dyno runs you do
Good morning from Thailand.
Lovely looking bike, but you we're not being nitpicky, you were being honest and just sharing your opinions.
Good honest review, why the hell did they just put one chain tensioner on the bike, it just doesn't make sense to me.
It's a very nice looking bike! Very good honest review! I did suggest to this company months ago when i first saw this bike to go with at least 60V. Maybe they will upgrade it in the future.
Love your videos and I would love to see the results board up close .🚲
I need to update some more recent results but all stats are posted at area13ebikes.com/dyno
I'm buying this thankyou ! Awesome video!!
Good points all- excellent review! Fact backed comments and personal views clearly informed by years of experience. I’m looking to make a buy in the year 2025-26. My Hyper Scorpions been fun but frustrating too. Three and 1/2 years old now. Bought ScorpionX but as back up (parts/ride) bike. The Rad mini is kept for sentimental reasons (2018 runs great for what it is). The Rad Trike was a colossal bad, bad buy. Wasted $2,000 on trusting Rad Power Bikes reputation backed by my well made Rad Mini. Win some lose some. Anyway will keep you in mind as I like your informed honesty. That really means a lot. I like fat tire bikes and your carrying them now. Oh! You just mentioned brakes yeah good point. Nice Bike with changes mentioned!
Love the look , hope it goes as fast as it looks !
You’ll get 35- 44 mph do on mine
Only reaches 30mph with a small rider. I reccomend the goat bike if you want speed for a similar price.
love to see you do a review of the goat powered ebike
Request sent!
I haven't watched your videos in a while, and let me just say you look great! The white board was mostly unreadable, I think a camera zoom would be helpful. Love your videos, this was a great overview of what people want to know.
Lol I have watched this video a half dozen times and the more I watch it the more I fall in love with this Ebike. I started my channel all because of this bike when it came out last yr. And I cannot wait to receive mine from Walfisk so I can do my long term reviews. And even after I give them 36 videos I will be doing way more because after that I will be showing everyone how to upgrade this to make it even better. So I need to say again thank you for your great review and videos. I love the Dyno runs it shows the real power of all Ebikes. Hope to meet up with you one day. I'm going to try to get a Walfisk group ride together on the east coast this summer and really get this bike seen. I already talked with Mike he is waiting for his also and I think Lucky would probably join us if he can. And whomever else that has gotten one by summer. Thanks again.
Just my opinion and i could be wrong but i think that style would bring less than positive attention. A police officer see that on a bike trail theres better than average odds you are going to have a talk.
Other than that it is a great bike.
Hi I didnt watch your contect very long but man you loose so much weight , big respect for that!
There is also Pegals that covert pedals instantly into pegs. Nice to have.
Nice review man, I will like to see a review of the Ghostcat F2.2.
I just got my F2 the other day. It’s a beast. It’s got a lot of torque to be honest I haven’t even really ridden it out of PAS 1 because it takes off so quick. Its a solid bike.
@@mattmatter5643 nice to know man. I live outside the US, so my bike will arrive at the end of april, so I'm asking every ebike influencer for a review 😅. So far I have only see positive feedback. I think this bike is a game changer at it's pricepoint.
For sure, the price is really good. It stops on a dime. The rear is the same swing arm and suspension Sur ron uses. The bike seems well built. You’ll love it I’m sure.
@@mattmatter5643 thank you for the inside man. I really appreciate it 👍😎⚡✅
I've had the bike since Feb. and I weigh 230 lb and can confirm it reaches 40mph as per a separate bike gps, I love it!
Please can you tell me how to unlock the speed, I just got the bike
theres a video that the manufacture should provide that shows how to get into the system and with connecting that switch on the controller will get you there
Approximately how many miles do you think the bike can go using only throttle and no pedal assist ? Anything else you've noticed about the bike in your rides with it? Anything you wish you would have known before purchasing the bike ?
Thanks in advance and happy riding !
I almost bought this bike, but for some reason I had a problem with the transaction. I ended up purchasing the Revv1. I might try to buy it again in the near future.
@@gorillaglue1302that isn't true that aren't a scam and the ones on them sights are cheap imitation and that it why Walfisk changed the name to ET-7 Warrior because of the fake ones. Walfisk is legit and has a few other good bikes too. I have talked with them several times on the phone and if they miss my call they call me back the same day so great support too.
@@gorillaglue1302 LMFAO I don't get paid for anything I only get the bike and do a true honest review. You have the wrong one here trust in that. @@oldmanebikes8392you have not even rode the bike yet but are already confident it will hit the speeds Walfisk advertise. This bike is getting nowhere near 45mph
i have both bikes and I now like riding this one better
Im looking at Amp Rides..Fabulous and Goat bikes..Lyric .. Just a few I keep an eye out for as having some more Unicorn-ish under the radar faster bikes.
Price: $2,400
Thank you so much for this great review of this bike. By the way, have got references for faster chargers please ? It’s important
I will say this bike will definitely have law enforcement looking at this as a possible motorcycle or going much faster than it does.
Good point. A reverse sleeper 👮👮🐌🐌
Your right. It would be better to have a chain tensioner on both sides to keep the tire centered.
I have the new HAPPYRUN G100, ive been really wanting the warrior. My G100 advertised as 38+ mph, yeah a standing still speed the speedometer says between 40-42 mph, on the road I've got up to 35 briefly, I'll average 31- 33 cruising flat ground, 28 amp controller is really limiting it, but overall awesome bike! The small problem I have is my back wheel won't line up even either, and it has those drop out washer locks to keep it tight, but it needs to line up with the break caliper, so it makes it off center about a 1/2 Inch to the left! It just gets my ocd going, any suggestions to fix that? I'm thinking maybe washers on the break caliper bolts? Does it hurt the bike or wheel to be a little off center? Thanks so much.
@@JHOFF111this walfisk bike seems to max out around 30mph with only a 120lb rider
@jasm-uk7ml 120 lbs? Who's riding it a 15 year old girl? Wow ok
@@JHOFF111 yes, my neice rode down an empty road for about half a mile
@jasm-uk7ml ok cool, so it's no faster than most 48 volt systems, on an e bike? Cool bike for sure
That sounds MUCH quieter with that drive, and the quieter tires. Nice!!! And it looks SO cool. Glad they had to review. Very little on YT on this bike. A bad a$$ ride for sure.
I like that ebike it has a motorcycle look
Great video please video upgrades
Can we see an update on this bike? I'm currently saving up for one, but I'd like to know how it's holding up and if you changed anything and if you still like it.
Yes , nice bike
New to E-bikes here.
Does this fall somewhere under the standard Ebike Classes? Or is this considered a moped?
The jumper is likely for it to last some law, being customer upgradable at the end not being against the law but they can’t sell it like that.
Could you do 1 speed belt conversion on chain? Obviously not ideal but still there on battery failure. Maybe only possible on mid drive system?
Thanks for the helpful review Kyle! Can you offer a higher amp controller to easily swap out for this bike?
That would help the torque for sure! Would still be limited on top speed by voltage unless the controller added flux weakening.
@@Area13ebikes Top speed is fine for me, I just want more torque!. I need to find the correct upgrade controller to order for this bike - just want a bit more acceleration. I ordered your upgraded controller for my Radrover 5 and it saved the day. I was hoping you could help with an offering for this bike also.
Black Warrior controller current 30A would a controller with a 45a current be too much?
. It looks really cool, but really big and heavy for only 48 V and 115 100 W motor my 60 pound electric tick scooter has dual 2500 W motors and 72 V.
Not going to go a hundred miles.possible.In the slowest gear .Unfortunately companies have a problem with exaggerating like this but not specifying that fact. You'll probably get about forty or fifty though
Was it set to kilometers? 50 would be just over 30 mph.
The storage space should be a hard container that locks not a soft bag that will get damaged in the sun and rain which will fall apart in a year or two and ruin the whole look of the bike
Looks like an awesome bike. Wish it was UL certified just for peace of mind
Is there a more docile alternative with a battery that is UL approved that goes say top speed 30 miles an hour and is a category 2 instead of 3?
Thanks for the review. Not my style of bike, I think it would attract a lot of negative attention on bike path for it's scooter vibe.
If upgraded to 3000 volt hub do you think you'll get at least 50 miles out of the 48v 60ah battery. And will the power make up for the lack of torch?
Yes, tentioner both sides. Maybe the factory just got a lazy worker that day or someone got distracted with how well his fingers were working that day 😂. How bout that Wallkie H7-AWD or H9-AWD?
I'm going to invest in this one. This'll be my first ebike. I'm from Texas. Do I need a permit or something? Again, I'm new to ebikes and want to be educated on these.
Would you say this bike would seat a person that is 6ft2 comfortably? Thanks any opinions will help as I’m considering buying this bike
I live in Korea and would like to purchase this electric bike because there is a seller in Korea. I have a question: Does this bike climb hills well?
I would like to know if there are any problems in steadily climbing a 25 degree hill.
They say that connecting the wires to the controller will increase the output. Was the video filmed with the wires connected?
I'm sure I missed it somewhere, but how much does this bike weigh?
Thanks for the review i was only looking on line about it It's a lovely looking bike I was just thinking if there was another motor on the front wheel. You definitely get a nice torque out of it 😂😂 its definitely nice bike keep up the good work 👏 all the way from Ireland 🇮🇪
You know, the Delfast bike has been out for years now. Really not much is known of it's real quality and ability.. Maybe due to cost and initial reviews. Would be interesting to get your opinion on the Delfast bike.
They sent me one for review... it didn't work and they wouldn't or couldn't troubleshoot with us or send us parts to fix it for the video. They took it back and never heard from them again.
Delfast is crap, inja got it😅
There should always be the option to correctly have the front brake activated by the right lever (motorcycle style). I would not buy a bicycle that wasn't offered with this option/set up. If you ride motorcycles, it makes sense; keep everything universally the same. Great review!
it can be switched on every bicycle with a disc brake known to man.
@@ryanesposito7223 Many of the newer bikes with hydraulic brakes make it a hassle. It should be standardized as in the normal motorcycle set up. The switching should be if you're the odd ball that wants the front brake activated on the left. Sorry, this is the hill I die on.
Tested a friend's bike the mph are off but i hit 40 phone gps verified it showed 44 mph. I'm 200 lbs this was after using the app ton unlock and adjust settings. Also changing settings on tire size closes the gap on the mph discrepancy.
Must be a different motor or controller than this one.
It is the 48 60 amp hr 1500 W then they have two others that are not as much bike as that so they cost less on website 😮
With mine. I have noticed that when i let go of the throttle when cruise control kicks in it will go a little faster after i let go. So when my top speed when im holding the throttle eill be only like 34/35 but after i let go it kicks to like 37. And adding turn signals to the front is super easy. Just 2 pin y splitters in the controller box and 48v turn signals.
Care to explain more of this process
@@stephensantamaria5500 that's basically it. Let the cruise control kick it then let go of the throttle
Installing front turn signals i mean sorry
i have been testing bike batteries for capacity none of the ones have tested to capacity even brand new batteries after cycled a few times.
I'd like to see a real world range test. Will the 4 amp charger extend the working life of the battery since it charges cooler?
Virtually no heat at these charge rates. Unlikely make a difference.
just get your phone out and use gps for mph...
Nice.
New company so what's the support? We know that you would support it if you sold it but what's it like for someone in the middle of nowhere to get support?
Take the Fenders off, and replace the handle bars with Cafe Racer style. Add some White Wall Tires, ad a shark teeth decal on the tank. Boom thats my bike
what maximum speed when half of battery?
I've seen the videos from Walfisks' YT channel and thought this would be an Onyx CTY2/RCR competitor and I'm slightly disappointed it's not. 40MPH doesn't cut it for real street use and I'd feel awkward riding this on a bike path.
A new power setup plus moped wheels could do that, but it's not quite there with an onyx.
Hey I just received my black warrior. It didn't have front tire. I know you don't work for them but did yours come with a front tire? In same box as bike? 2 boxes? Thanks for your time.
Front wheel did come in a separate box.
Alarm? App? Please feel like my black warrior is missing something
How difficult would it be changing the tires with a flat ? And is there much choice with 20x5 inch fat tire ??
No more or less difficult than any other ebike, aside from the wheel covers and general weight.
20x4 tires will fit on the rims. 5" will be a little harder to find but there are options. 16" motorcycle tires are also the correct diameter for a 20" bicycle rim if you want to go heavier duty.
@@Area13ebikes Cheers for the reply handy to know 👍
Can you test dual motors on the Dyno?
Sure! One at a time. 😄
The Walfist website is down. Did they go out of business?
Kyle, it's the kinda bike you will see in a Star Wars film
Connect the jumper wires and shunt mod...
Looks cool, seems quite but is it a cop 👮 magnet?
Where can I find the mobile app for the bike?
I'd email walfisk if you've bought one.
The reasoning i would guess is that the slower you charge your battery, the better it is for the over all life of the battery. I woukd guess thats the reason for the slow charge rate.
Im running a 48v 20ah on a 36v 750w front hub motor on a large trek disc 1. I can get up close to 40 on 700c wheels. I am peddling as well. I dont adivise trying this without a death wish.i generally just run at half power and i still get upper 20s not peddling. I generally wouldnt recomend larger than a 500w for a front hub motor. 350 is really good enough. The lower watt wheels are just easier to peddle like a normal bike....... The heavier bigger watt wheelsrequire more maintenance and honestly get more unsafe if you talking same regular gage spokes......
The bike looks cool, actually looks like a motorcycle. I noticed in the video you didn’t pedal the bike, you only mentioned it and how you would more likely remove it. I feel this style of bike is enabling people to ride these more powerful e-bikes/e-motorcycles on bike paths or places where only bikes should be. A lot of people and especially kids have no regard for rules and are causing a bad name for e-bikes. Authorities only see black and white, it’s an e-bike so the rules they make are a blanket for all e-bikes because where do you draw the line, there are so many variables, how does an officer make a split decision on one bike is different from the next one. This bike is going to overtake someone riding on the shoulder in a bike line and cause a safety hazard.
Can I get this in Newfoundland Canada
I'm almost 100000000000% positive we don't drain batteries to zero .....
So your 15hour charge time seems a little odd.
I know I fully charge to 88.2v 45ah at 10-12amps in just a few hours, but if I wanted i could charge at more than my 100amp power supply can provide.
Maybe I'm wrong though.
I bought the same ebike off of Alibaba man. I love this bike man. I got 40 mph on this ebike man. Don't know what u talking about.
Facts is what I'm talking about. If you haven't verified the speed by a method other than the display included this thing does not go 40mph.
@@Area13ebikes the speed depends on weight and height right man.
@@andreperry7995 then provide details of your test conditions. Rider weight, tire pressure, etc. I'm 150lbs. The factory told me they had a 70kg rider and it didn't do 40mph with their own test either... i asked.

People can have different opinions about the top speed and range.
How many kilometers does it go in 1 full charge?
Probably about 60-80 Miles of range. Depends on how hard you throttle it.
I like the look of it, but not the wheels.. some chrome spokes would fix it
Do a review of the ‘goat V3’
It's coming. 😉

First off your reviews especially with the dyno results included are by far the best of any creator doing ebike reviews. As far as this bike goes it does have a cool look, but after checking the price i think its a touch overpriced for whay you get. Heres my biggest concern which is common in the wave of ebikes on the market now...1) If the speedometer is off by 25% thats a red flag. 2) If the top speed is overstated by 5 to 7 mph thats a red flag. 3) I bet the range is off as well....net result it just all feels scammy. These guys have a 2024 website that looks like a 14.99 template they bought somewhere and made the whole thing overnight. 2400 plus shipping your gonna have close to 3000 in it landed and who knows if they are going to charge sales tax, website says US inventory so they should have to. Over 3000 for an ebike thats already misrepresenting top speed, battery capacity, and possibly range?? Maybe im looking at it wrong but if im dropping 3g's on an ebike i kinda expect it not to have flaws and overstated specs.....keep doing the good work though, at 3000 i would have to hard pass on this one.
This same bike is listed on sale now until 3/28/2024 on AliEpress for $1,099...Free Shipping...Myself I'm going to wait to see what this company is all about ✨✨
@@0U81TO I went and checked. That seems to be the 30ah battery model. I did see the 60ah same as this bike for $1881.00 free shipping, which is still a whole lot cheaper. But on Ali it's branded a ZPW. Which is basically what I figured. It's very possible WALFISK just built a cheap website and reselling the bikes at a steep markup.
Hello, our price is $2399 USD, tax-free. Additionally, friends referred through Area13 videos will receive a $300 discount. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested. Thank you.
Did you know? In China, there's a very comprehensive supply chain, but prices can vary several times over for items with the same appearance. Do you know why? Battery cells can be made from recycled ones, aluminum can be substituted with iron or thinner materials, and motors can be refurbished or recycled. This is quite alarming. Actually, it's crucial to understand the principle of "you get what you pay for."
It all comes down to whether you want a bicycle of genuinely good quality or if you're content with a product that offers no after-sales service, takes 40-50 days to arrive, and you have no idea what you'll receive.@@0U81TO
Have you actually looked at our website? Do they have original design drafts? Do they have an English version of the app? Do they have an MPH display on the dashboard? To call our product a cheap knockoff, when it's actually a fully original design, is quite surprising.
The horn is in the speaker behind the screen
NGL these brake discs look too small xD Talking from experience having now myt first e-bike from Engwe, its EP-2 Pro to be exact I had to upgrade my breaks, callipers are okay still upgraded to 2 piston mechanical jsut for even grab and wear but the brake rotors were defo too small for quickly stopping 105kg (including myself there my bike with battery and all current upgrades is about 35kg) I upgraded from 140mm to 160mm and you do feel the difference that extra leverage is defo nice. So I can already see this being an issue with that bike ot looks like twice the weight of mine XD
This looks fun. But this is not a bicycle. This is why the Feds are looking at regulating e-bikes in general. In particular, how are the brakes in stopping distance? Can it panic stop?
2 wheels, pedals, looks a bike to me.
It’s a class 3 ebike it dosent go faster then 38 miles an hour just because it looks like a motor bike dosent make it a motor bike. They want to regulate them because idiots on Surons that too out at 70 take over the street in droves.
Honestly i wish manufacturers would undercut their marketed speeds instead of saying it goes faster, i would much rather buy a bike thats marketed at 35 mph and goes 41 mph than one that says 50 and goes 41 getting even just a tiny bit more than you expected is infinitely more satisfying than getting 20% less and feeling lied to.
Agreed
Sounds like it goes about as fast as my Async Pro. 35-37mph
Really nice looking bike but head to head my wallke H6 max would run all over this bike as it would kill it in the torque department, lighter, well-known brand that’s reliable and uses quality cells in their batteries, less likely to get attention from the Popo etc. etc. And on top of all of that, I just noticed the price on this bike lotta money for something that looks cool, but doesn’t perform as it looks 🤔🤭😏anyways, another good detailed review
Why the brain torture just use GPS on your phone.
GPS is still not as accurate as the dyno
Gotta agree here. Seems like a ‘have it may as well use it’ but its not any more compelling
Bike should go to 50-60 pmh and bike looks nice
50-60 mph that would’ve make it a motorcycle not a bicycle
Nice. Would love to get this bike. Problem....the cops will impound this where I live. Looks too much like a motorcycle. 😥😥
Is this literally classified as a bicycle?
Yes but when you breach 28 mph you are in a seperate class there is an A B C you’ll need to know your states laws and city laws and walking path laws I’ll guarantee you Karen’s do 😂
It has pedals right ???
Looks like a real beast.
Faster charging is a recipe for burning your house down. I'm glad they're shipping with conservative chargers - we've seen plenty of e-bike fire related stories due to questionable charging scenarios - many which weren't necessarily event the fault of the charge rate but rather the BMS or some other component failure while left unattended.
Why buy a bike with pedals if you’re not gonna use them?
You're wrong about the brake orientation
More people are right handed
Your right hand is going to be stronger than your left
If you ride one handed your right hand is usually on the bike
So the orientation is correct
Have you ever tried pushing a fat bike with a puncture 🤔
The tyre comes off the rim
If you can't stop in time when you get a puncture you will fall off the bike😢
Wired Freedom is better imo
Not if you want it to look like a motorcycle.
Aniioki V7 is same spec as this for 400 dollars less and it actually looks like a bike and not a motorcycle.
Looks heavy
Wow what a cool bike! But for the price the GOAT bikes rule this category imo.
Why not grab a Goat bike?
Out of stock. My names on one in the next shipment.
Looks great with garbage performance
Pretty much
48v is too weak for this kind of ebike. It should have been at least 52v.
