So what did you think of the mics? Do you have a preferred one? I liked them all! 😆
Loved the demonstration you did and very much liked it when it came with a Lavaliere mic to attach it to the Ride Wireless Go. Very nice!n
It was awesome wasn't it?
I loved them all. I am a beginner in vlogging now days and what really concerns me most is the sound we get from what we have. Right now I am using the Rode Video Micro. It came with the wind screen, shoe mount with of course the cord. I am always trying my best to make sure the sound is crisp as much as possible. Your demonstrations and Adobe lessons are always superb. Thank you for doing what you do Mike. Much love & respect all the way from Majuro Marshall Islands.
Hey dude great video. I was just wondering how you edited the audio from the rode go? I found it sounds a bit muggy is that just me?
Hi, How to cut the background noise of waves and other stuff. I want just my voice to go through.
Thank you Mike . Enjoyed your video and made me thinking buying rode wireless go . Thank you again . I didn't skip 2 ads in the end . Cheers .
Loving your vlogs. Keep at it and that new device you got is very useful indeed. Your background music, audio and video qualities are just amazing!
Thanks so much. I have found the wireless mics to be amazing and give me much more freedom!
@@MikeRussell Yes. Your audio was amazing. Hoping to get something like that in the near future. Very useful and helpful for interviews and so many other purposes. Thank you again for showing what you showed. Besides. Your vlogs are awesome.
Huh, so did you put the lav mic on down the beach?
Does it stop the wave noises?
Was there wind when you were filming, we do a lot of beach filming and wind cancellations is important to us.
Mike you literally SOLD me on the Røde Wireless Go when you plugged that lav mic into it ... such beautiful full sound with rich low end. (Very sexy 😂) Thank you for this video.
Great video Mike thanks for your time
You’re welcome 👌
That Rode lavemic is great! We are using it at the station i work for. We use the Rodelink as transmitterset. Use it on a mobile phone with iPhone and Samsung and on the Sony HXR NX100.
This is a great way to do things. I use this also in the Newsshooter Kit.
Dude, this video was awesome! Very engaging. :)
Thank you
Nice one Mike!
Thank you!
Nice video.
People have complained that once an external mic is inserted that it had permanently disconnected the internal mic on the transmitter. Has anyone found this to be the case?
Yes, it will do this.
@@MikeRussell Wow, that is just unbelievable.
Thanks
Whats your settings on the Camera when filming on the beach? Great video
Just a standard point and shoot, nothing fancy.
Do you have to upload the wireless mic audio separately or will it be uploaded with the video?
Depends on how you record your audio. If the wireless mic is connected to the camera then your audio and video will be combined.
Nice soundtrack.
I really love it too 😀
How did you take the interview in the restaurant with the wireless go?
Yep, a couple of Lavalier GO mics attached to the Wireless GO 👌
Are you able to try out the distance of the Wireless Go
Fab idea. I need to go back to the beach and take it for a run!
🤔 Mike I didn't see Dana Point Preserve in the video did you film there? I like the RODE Wireless GO for vlogging with a DJI OSMO Pocket, and also like the RODE VideoMicro.
I think this is the area I was filming at but you may know better 😊
Yes these mics are absolutely amazing!
@@MikeRussell oh I spotted the sign at :09
When we first came here in 1976 when I was 13, we lived not far from Strands, in San Juan Capistrano, near Dana Point. One of my earliest memories was of sliding down the hillside with my Mother, running across train tracks and jumping in the ocean. Had my first hamburger at a Jack in the Box in Dana Point, I think it is still there. The smell of popcorn and Blue Light specials being announced in the K-Mart.
We weren't here long, only 8 months, then it was back to Aldershot for a few years.
That is so awesome!!!
what kind of DB setting did you use on the beach?
It was set to the middle range. Thanks!
why u present the audio test with bgm 😂
Always go to the beach, should be some kind of law.
