    Great tutorial Jason, I have only had a couple of attempts at light writing & now see how easy it can be with a few simple guide points, thank you so much.

      Excellent Donna, I hope it helps! Using the ground to write off of really helped me out. At the beach you can even mark the letters in the sand, that really helps too.

      Mark Ferrell i'm not an expert, but in the photo class i'm taking we write the letters forwards and then flip the photo. makes it a lot easier for us!

    Awesome! How do you not get yourself in the final picture?

    • @LightPaintingPhotography
      @LightPaintingPhotography  4 года назад +1

      Because I am not illuminating myself so I will not be recorded by the camera. Some helpful tips are to wear dark clothing and to not stay in one place too long. The camera will only record what you allow it to see with illumination.

      @@LightPaintingPhotography Yeah, I just can't afford to have it imported to the UK. It would pretty much double the cost, or more sadly.

      Ummmmmmm What do you mean?

    • @Nina-vv3ev
      @Nina-vv3ev 5 лет назад +1

      LightPaintingPhoto I didn’t see you use your camera or what settings... I actually had to watch another vid for that... that’s the most confusing part... could you post another video specifically about camera settings??? Maybe? I’m still learning & every camera is different... light painting takes practice to master it’s not easy

    • @LightPaintingPhotography
      @LightPaintingPhotography  5 лет назад +1

      Hey@@Nina-vv3ev I mentioned the settings I used and wrote them on screen at the 3:00 Mark, I also wrote it in the description but Ill try to show the camera next time to help it be more clear. I know it can help to have that visual. Here is a link to a bunch of other tutorials if you scroll down on that page you will see detailed instructions on how to create a light painting for beginners. lightpaintingbrushes.com/pages/light-painting-tutorials
