kris is my favorite because she’s truly an athlete. i love people that train functionally and actually engage in activities they enjoy!! you take such good care of yourself and i really admire that.
i love how you showed such a variety of yoga sessions and addressed how not every class needs to be sweaty/shaky for it to be “successful”! feeling inspired to give this challenge a go in sept 😌
I just got into doing yoga 2 times a week for the past 3 weeks. I am already seeing the benefits from doing yoga on a consistent basis such as improved flexibility, core strength, focus and mobility. Great video!
thank you for sharing this challenge!!! i usually reserve yoga for just the weekends, but it'd be interesting to see the benefits of a daily yoga routine... i'll have to give this a shot. if you haven't already tried his classes - i love ross rayburn on peloton. all of his cues really helps to keep me moving intentionally :)
would you ever consider making a video dedicated to bullet journaling? i used to have one as well and have been missing it recently, but also struggle to get back into using it. your videos are always really inspiring and give me motivation to try new things!
For me, Yoga sometimes releases emotions that I didn't even know I was feeling. I find myself crying or smiling during practice and in the end I always end up feeling content
