Yes, there are additional vibrations over stock, but it’s very minimal, and it gets less and less as the bushings breaks in. It’s really only noticeable while idling in Normal and ECO mode.
I have a manual EN and fitted purple lower mount bushings, purple gearbox bushings and upper engine mount yellow and honestly I can’t feel any vibrations over stock.. wheelhop is pretty much gone and can launch the car properly. Best of all fully reversible mods. I fitted black upper engine mount for testing and it felt more vibrations.. but purple/yellow combo no issues.
I actually didn’t order it. I called and got extremely lucky that one was ordered but the person who put the $500 deposit down backed out, so I was able to put a deposit down on it. It was about a week and a half later when the car arrived at the dealership.
How are you getting such a good mpg in city and highway? Im not even at 600 miles yet and my average mpg in city is 18 while freeway is 22.... 23 on a good day. You drive really slow or is this normal on a new engine? I don't floor the throttle btw I just rev up to 3-4k rpms stop and go.
The MPG gets better with time, but you should be getting better than 22 MPG on the highway. Have you checked your tire pressure? Is the highway driving in traffic? Nice, congrats! Premium is highly recommended, but I do hear about people using 87 octane. I personally would not use it though. First normal service is 7,500 miles I believe, but I had my first oil change at 5,000 just to be safe. I service my car as severe service schedule because I’m overly cautious about my cars.
I paid out of pocket @ 1k for an oil change to remove the brake in debris. Then just simply go with scheduled intervals. Make sure they use full synthetic. I'll switch to AMSOIL once freebies are gone.
Owner's manual recommends you use any octane level, not just Premium. Its actually quite strange the way they word it. But I use 87 and get much higher mileage than he states in the review. I typically can get around 40mpg highway
I've always heard octane levels are a myth. If the owners manual states you can use any, then do it. Higher octane will not hinder performance one bit.
People are nuts if they think the front end of this car looks ugly. It’s a bad ass front end style. I own the same N as you. Elantra N 2024 front end, now that’s an ugly front end. Nothing racing looking about it.
See here is the thing I find hilarious about your comment. Literally almost everyone who thinks the current front end looks better than the 2024 are people who, like you, own the current Gen. And those who prefer the new one are mostly not current EN owners. It's just funny how that works. Personally, my honest opinion is the current front end look is what made me very hesitant on buying one. I have always thought it was plain ugly. Now that I have seen the new one, the "minimalistic" changes are enough to make me buy it. So in one year it'll come down to EN or 24 G70.
One other mod worth considering is get in the trunk and seal up the subwoofer properly.. plug up all the holes and essentially have a airtight parcel shelf to trunk.. bit of silicone and sound deadening foam.
What CarPlay dongle do you use?
2022 Carlinkit 3.0 Wireless... www.amazon.com/dp/B08GLVW169?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
Can you list and link the wheels, wheel caps, the engine mount to prevent wheel hop, and the oil catch can pls🥹
I have videos and descriptions of all those parts on my channel. 👍🏻
@@n-power-automotive great, thank you so much
Have you had any reliability issues? Anything going wrong with the car that leads to expensive repairs? I want this car so bad lol
I have not. It’s been very reliable for me. I’m just about to hit 23,000 miles.
how’s the reliability of the EN? Can it handle abuse? of course nothing too crazy, bud i have a heavy foot and i tend to drive fast all the time
I just hit 27,000 miles and it’s never let me down. It’s been very reliable and I do use it like it was built for quite a bit.
how long did you wait when you ordered it in to the dealership ?
I actually didn’t order it. I called and got extremely lucky that one was ordered but the person who put the $500 deposit down backed out, so I was able to put a deposit down on it. It was about a week and a half later when the car arrived at the dealership.
@n-power-automotive no way now that pure luck !! I'm waiting for mine been 2 weeks I'm excited !
I do drive the car conservatively and in ECO a lot of the time, but I also go into N mode on pretty much every trip around town. I also don’t drive much city, more suburban.
@@n-power-automotive Yeah i check tire pressure constantly on the N mode and when I walk around car, nothing seems out of the ordinary. Yeah theres a fair but of traffic when im going to work. I live suburban as well but the traffic is always so packed even on freeways. I also do drive kiiind of aggressive so maybe thats why lol.
@@Duran762 yeah I think I see why now lol
@@n-power-automotive anyway ill give you updates on how my EN 2023 holds up as well!
After 1k Miles you will see changes i had same in my car till i hit 1k of course you have to drive Eco or normal mod N mod not gonna give you 33 mpg on highway congratulations very nice car🔥🔥🔥
What r your wheels?!?! They r great. Edit Oh nevermind I wasn’t patient enough. Lol
Love mine, i put 28k in 10 months lol
Dang! You must really enjoy driving yours!
If I had this car I would put te37s 🔥🔥🔥💭
Classic wheels! But for me, cheap car = cheap wheels lol
#SaveTheManuals
In order to do that, people need to start buying them, otherwise they go bye-bye forever.
How much did you get yours for from the dealer
MSRP
I’m picking up my 2023 manual in Black on Thursday. Only 7000km because the guy found out he was having twins just a few days after! His loss may gain.
Very nice! You’re gonna love it!
@@n-power-automotive my only concern is the knock sensor after washing it issue but I decided…screw it I know I’ll love the car anyways lol
any chance you can link the wheels?

You paid your car in one year 😮 🙄 I still need 6 years to finish paying it off 😞
What is this color
Cyber Gray
I got the the same color Elantra n Dct last week. So do we have to use premium gas?
And what miles need to the 1st service?
Octane ratings are not fluff. The engine will limit power by retarding timing at lower octane levels due to their higher tendency to knock
What are the rims?
Watch the video lol
Whats next for you?
Still trying to decide which intake and turbo inlet I’m going to go with.
@N-Power Automotive are you worried about your warranty with any of these mods?
@@MeltingRubberZ28 not really unless he’s tuning the car. Putting on an intake is so easily reversible.
@@MeltingRubberZ28 not with an intake and inlet. Tuning the car is when you start getting into dangerous territory with warranty claims.
@@n-power-automotive gotcha. I take it the turbo is pretty quiet with the factory intake?
People are nuts if they think the front end of this car looks ugly. It’s a bad ass front end style. I own the same N as you.
Elantra N 2024 front end, now that’s an ugly front end. Nothing racing looking about it.
Ha ha glad we agree!
Funny is I think the new Mustang looks like it stole the rear from the Elantra
Yes, I feel it definitely resembles the back of the Elantra trunk as well.
How long can that car last for
There’s a lot of Hyundai Veloster N’s getting up close to 100,000 miles now, so it should hopefully last well into the 6 digits.
@@n-power-automotive that’s good, I just wanted to know before I buy it, thanks for the notice
If you learn the left foot breaking or two feet technique(N mode), your seat problem will solved.
ruclips.net/video/5_1lHBp_pqw/видео.html
start autocrossing the car.
Now sell the car and get what you can for it and put that towards a real car before you get nothing.
Why would I do that? I’m nearly at 2 years and it’s still the most fun car I’ve ever owned.
Lose 30 lbs and the seats are gonna be fine
Ha ha I wish. It’s my hips that dig into the seat bolsters. Losing weight won’t change my bone structure.
I was excited for the review until I realized you got a soy boy automatic.
Ok
