  • This is the most useful TRICK I've ever seen😋 Squeeze a whole ORANGE into the dough!
    This is the tastiest dough I've made this year. The smell of orange juice and orange peel wafts through the whole house! My wife and daughter ate these rolls with so much pleasure that they didn't even have time to cool down!

    Ingredients and recipe:
    - Warm water 100 ml
    - Warm milk 100 ml
    - Dry yeast 8 g (2 tsp)
    - Sugar 3 tbsp.
    1. Mix with a whisk
    - All-purpose wheat flour 4 tbsp. with a slide
    2. Stir again
    3. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
    - Peel of an orange
    - Juice of one orange
    - Vanilla sugar 1 tsp.
    - Egg white 1 pc.
    - Melted butter 60 g (4 tbsp)
    4. Mix with a whisk
    - Baking powder 1 tbsp.
    - Salt 1/2 tsp.
    5. Mix again with a whisk
    - All-purpose wheat flour 400 g (add in parts)
    6. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
    7. Knead the dough in a bowl for 5-7 minutes
    8. Watch the video to the end so as not to miss important points!
    9. At the end of kneading, grease the dough with vegetable oil
    10. Cover with a towel and leave for 55-60 minutes
    11. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
    12. Dough weight 973 g.
    13. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts
    14. Roll them into a ball
    15. Place each ball on baking paper
    16. The dough is very soft and pleasant to work with.
    17. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
    18. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
    - Chocolate spread 200 g
    19. Form an oval with your hands
    20. Add chocolate spread
    21. Blend the edges
    22. Turn over and roll a little on the table
    23. Turn over and place on baking paper
    24. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
    25. It's very simple, you will definitely do it!
    26. Cover with a towel and leave for 20-25 minutes
    27. The buns have risen, look how beautiful they are!
    - Egg yolk 1 pc.
    - Milk 1 tbsp.
    28. Lubricate with a brush
    29. Sprinkle with flaked almonds
    30. Decorate with milk chocolate
    31. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20-23 minutes

    Milyen liszt ez ,mert a magyar sima liszt, rétes liszt,és a kenyérliszt sem ilyen sárgás színű??? Univerzális,ez milyen megnevezés???
