Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F), 100ml
- Yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- All-purpose wheat flour 3 tbsp.
2. Stir again
3. Cover with a towel and leave for 15-20 minutes
4. The dough is ready, look at the bubbles!
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 2 tbsp.
- Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp.
5. Have you ever added vinegar to the dough?

- Warm water 35-40°C (95-104°F), 300ml
6. Stir again
- All-purpose wheat flour 470-500 g (add in parts)
7. Stir with a spatula
8. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
9. Watch the video until the end so you don't miss any important cooking points.
10. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
11. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
12. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 65-70 minutes
14. The dough turned out smooth and airy, what a beauty!
15. Dough weight 1144 g.
16. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts
17. Roll them into a ball and place them on baking paper
18. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
19. Using your hands, stretch the dough into a circle
20. Fold the dough twice into an envelope
21. Repeat after me
22. Secure the edges
23. Place on baking paper
24. Thanks to this folding, our bread keeps its shape
25. Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough
26. Cover with a towel and leave for 25-30 minutes
27. The dough has risen perfectly and looks very nice
28. Lubricate with water
29. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30-35 minutes
30. The bread kept its shape and turned out very crispy and airy!

If i could make a suggestion, when you try to coat the water on the doe before baking it looks like it would be easier to use a squirt bottle, but I much prefer to just throw in a few ice cubes as the doe goes into the oven.

I always add vinegar to my bread dough, I have an old recipe book that has a tip that says adding a tablespoon of vinegar to bread dough eliminates the yeast taste that sometimes occurs. So I've always added it. Great rolling technique, can't wait to try it. Thanks.

Es preferible pero no indispensable agregar la sal cuando la levadura esté mejor protegida con la harina. Quizás no permita que la levadura fermente bien. Muy buena receta. Gracias.

Arrêtez d'écrire des méchancetés. Les réseaux sociaux c'est trop. Sous prétexte qu'on ne connait pas la personne tout le monde se lache. Supposons qu'une amie vous envoie une vidéo d'un pain qu'elle aurait préparé. Vous auriez le courage en face de lui dire le commentaire que vous avez écrit ? Je ne crois pas. Alors comme on dit dans ma religion (l'islam) quand vous ouvrez la bouche ( ou écrivez) ne le faites que pour dire de belles paroles ou bien taisez vous.
