Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 180 ml
- Warm milk 180 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 3 tbsp.
1. Mix with a whisk
- Egg 1 piece.
- Egg white 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil 50 ml (3.5 tbsp)
- Salt 1/2 tsp.
2. Mix all ingredients
- All-purpose wheat flour 670-720 g (add in parts)
3. Mix all ingredients with a spatula
4. Be sure to watch the video until the end, I will show you the easiest way to layer the dough
5. Knead the dough in a bowl for 1-2 minutes
6. Place the dough on the table
7. Knead for 5-6 minutes, the dough should become smooth and not stick to your hands.
8. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
9. Cover with a towel and leave for 50-55 minutes
10. The dough has risen well, look how nice and airy it is
11. Dough weight 1177 g.
12. Form a large ball
13. Cover with a towel and leave for 10-15 minutes
14. The dough has risen a little, you can work with it
15. Roll out into a large circle (40 cm).
16. Cut a 10cm circle in the middle
17. Cut into 8 pieces, repeat after me
- Soft butter 100 g
18. Grease the dough with oil
19. Cover the top of each piece and repeat the process after me
20. This is the easiest way to layer dough!
21. Form into a ball and place on a plate.
22. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 60 minutes.

24. Roll out the dough into a 45-50cm circle
25. Cut into pieces (like pizza)
26. I have 30 pieces
27. Make cuts
28. Place aerated chocolate pieces on the dough
29. Wrap and place on baking paper
- Egg yolk 1 pc.
- Milk 1 tbsp.
30. Lubricate with a brush
31. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes
