Our focus in on Meditation and the valuable health implications from having a regular practise.
A couple of misconceptions in regards to these teachings:
    1. People think they cannot do yoga because they are inflexible. Yoga is not about how flexible you are but uniting the body with the breath and mind. Following a yoga sequence is about letting go of everything except for the 'now', becoming non-dualistic as you move with your breath.
    2. People think they cannot meditate because their mind never stops. In the beginning, meditation is about learning to observe the mind, rather than getting involved with its every thought. Slowly and gently we keep pulling the focus back to the breath. After some time, the mind will slow down.
Once we have mastered the art of being an observer to our mind, we can see emotions and thoughts arising before they have an impact upon us. In return, we can act consciously rather than re-acting unconsciously, all our actions will benefit ourselves and those around us, no regrets.
