@@HyperSoraSky sure. a dumbbell row is when you kneel on the bench and have your torso parallel to the bench. You start with your arms straight down and bend it up at the elbow to the side of your torso targeting the back. What I did in this video was kneel forward and Raise my arms up with my elbows flared out at the sides, pointing away from my body. A dumbbell row, you raise your arm/elbow against or next to your body.
@@MEthelene the money is in fact in the shoulders. And by extension, every other muscle is where the money is at too. But the money starts with the shoulders first.

These are great shoulders are my fave….I typically work my shoulders on Thursdays, with a shirt on.

Shoulders are my favorite, would you say that shoulders is where the money is at? I have heard otherwise.
