      I think your channel is the best for any weight training advice but the problem I have is that there’s soo much information that I have no idea how to make an actual plan out of it, or what exercises are most important. There’s actually too much information.

      @@mr_tomahawk he wants you to purchase his program ! That’s why he confuses the shit out of us ! Lol I’ve been watching his videos for 8 years (there about) and I have worked out what works for me. It’s a constant trial and error, there is no one perfect workout for every body type level etc. start with your goal number 1 then train to a pyramid to get there. For instance I am weaker in upper back so I’m developing shoulders and upper back for support.

    8:20 (2 dumbells require more core strength so lift 1 at a time to maximise gains)

    Tip #7 (Dumbells give advantage)
    9:18 (Its easier to switch weights compared to barbells so you save some precious time)
    Just pick up lighter dumbells and go on and on to failure to maximise those gains, barbells make these alot harder and time consuming.

      @Joseph steroids only helps getting mega huge. Jeff isn’t huge, he’s lean and ripped. Nothing can assist but hard work and consistency. Plus a good “diet”

    Like: great dumbbell . I’ve had them before but sold when I moved. ruclips.net/user/postUgkx8N-gevHZ6YWNoOYdRjL90vdbNyOKKHxL Replacing now.Dislike: the packaging is awful now. Not wrapped in plastic and tiny styrofoam pieces all over. Had to wash the bases in the sink to clean them off and then clean each set of weights after adjusting just to get all the styrofoam pieces removed. Bowflex, you can do better.I’m still giving an overall 5 because the product is good. Just know you may have to deal with horrid packaging for now, but maybe Bowflex will sort that in the future.

      Actually Jeff has a similar injury himself, go back a few videos not too long ago. He does single side glute bridges for his left hamstring and knee i believe. He also does reverse lunges towards the back instead of forward.

      I've torn my acl and mcl 5 times in 5 years. It's been 2 years now since last injury and I've been gaining a lot in squats and deadlifts. But theres a painless grinding sensation/sound in affected knee. Really worried.

    I wish my shoulders didn’t click when I do side lateral raises. I make sure I warm up, use the correct weight and I do the technique Jeff shows. They used to be completely fine btw.

      Do them in the front raise style just to the side style go straight up the scapular plane let you shoulder blade flow wit the shoulder your side felt will lead that is the best way for activation and make sure the top of your hands are parallel to the ceiling it’s should feel really good

    Hi. John here. I'm 61 , i workout 4 days a week started October 30, 2020. One hour in the morning before i go to work and one hour afternoon after work, dinner and nap. I'm really impressed by your body low fat. I'm around 26% body fat according to my WW scale . Oh , who's that skinny funny guy ? LOL

    If only more people listened to you. I was about to hit the D-BAL then I seen your video. Thanks heaps for your advise. I'm a bodybuilder and your preworkout exercises has helped me with shoulders as there very touch and go. I injure easy.
    I have weak rear delts and as soon as I hit abit of weight I get an injury so I avoid. Legend. Support from down under. 💯🍻 merry Christmas. 🌍

    I wanted to share my first spotting exp b/c it’s given me a lot of confidence.
    Yesterday I was benching at a gym where I’m the only girl and there are usually 25-30 guys. I saw one guy kinda waiting on his bench and I knew he was looking for a spotter. Being incredibly shy, this wasn’t easy for me: I walked up to him and said “You ready? 255? I got you.” He was a bit surprised and said nothing. I asked “You need a lift off?” He realized I was serious and said “yes”. I asked him how many reps he was going for and he wanted 3. I gave him a solid lift, he got 3 fairly easily, and I quickly encouraged him to go for an assisted one. He quickly said “thanks” and I walked away. (I think he was confused.). But, I was excited when I got several fist bumps from other members with one guy telling me it was a perfect spot. I know it’s nothing to be excited about, but I’m happy to have helped someone and to also make several new gym friends.

    This is what i love the most ....its my body, i don t need permission how to use,when to use.I am the sculptor. I can watch numerous videos like Atlean x and learn by trial and error how to do me right .I can chisel my body to my specification.I can choose healthy foods,learn by trial and error on proper lifting techniques . I get to make clothes look good and not let clothes make me look good. I get to do bloods every three months to track elevated levels of everything because from elevated levels you get stage 1,2,3 and 4 of any disease.I can spend the rest of my life doing this to myself so there is no pressure and no deadline....this is my way of life .All this control i have....why would i not take advantage of it ?
