Since i take Vitamin D or just go out into the Sun...and take 50 mg of Zinc together with 3 Omega 3 s my Workouts have been much better and i am 43.

@@JustinDA22 Yeah as You say Vitamin D for Testosterone, Zinc for Testosterone and Omega 3 s prevent Joint Pain and Some Say Omega 3 s open the Cell Walls to take Everything in also Omega 3 capsules or Fish Fats Fuel the Brain for the Day. also i take 4 g of Salt and 4 g of Creatine on Workout Days. Since 1 Year or so Salt also helps the mind muscle connection and prevents cramping in the calves. Hope more people find your Video.

Anyways 8 Years Later i am a Fitness Trainer as a Job i Love Training that much age 43. What i am trying to Say. Age is just a Number and You learn new things every Year. Take Your 4 g of Salt together with the 4 g of creatine. and You can Watch Your Biceps recruit more muscles. I always take it like 1 hour before the Workout. i just started Training Abs 1 Year ago and it changed EVERYTHING. Every Exercise got better.

True. The 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is for people I’m talking about in this video who want to build muscle through diet and exercise. If you’re active in the gym, the 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight gets faster results.
Whole milk is the key man. Can drink it throughought the day and get a steady stream of everything you need during recovery
Very true. A gallon of milk has over 2000 calories so I’ve been using it in the bulk. I got a 10,000 calorie challenge earlier, that would be tough even with milk lol.
