OK here it is folks. I have had a dyna low rider and a softail deluxe. Both around 90 inches long. They both have saddlebags and the softail has a very high windscreen. They both fit easily in the cruiser size. One at a time that is! The tent is TOUGH! Its handled 4 hard winters and other than fading from the sun its as good as new. I built a frame from 2x4s and mounted a 4x8 sheet of 3/4 inch plywood on it and then screwed the tent down to the plywood. The 2x4 frame holds the floor off the ground. Make sure you run 2x4s through the middle for support. Before hand I dug a hole and cemented a curved rebar that sticks up through the floor and I chain the bike to it when Im away. Mine sits in the corner of my yard and isn't exposed to drastic wind, so I cant comment on how it handles that, but I did screw some ring bolts off to the side at the end which turn over the bottom rail and acts as clamps to hold it closed. It has handled 3 feet of snow (this winter) Torrential rain, falling branches, and is built from very strong canvass. The only complaint I would have is I wish they gave more slack on the Velcro straps...just a little longer. And I wish there was a way to completely seal the bottom. So in winter I wrap the bottom with canvass to seal it, and I have a small heated fan that I run for an hour occasionally and open a window to blow out moisture. I bought mine on ebay. The owner was really helpful through email, but doesn't ship to Canada. I think it was just under 500 with shipping. It was worth it! And no I don't work for Speedway! Youre welcome
Nice! I'm looking for something to protect my bike in an apartment complex parking lot. I can't really put stakes into the crown there, but maybe a couple of sandbags could fix that. I say the 55 pound weight of the actual structure plus the weight of the sand bags combined with a lock should do. Placing the front tire on the bar when I park would add even more security during a storm or from someone trying to lift it. I might give this a try.
I have a burgman 650 scooter with a trunk so what size would I need and how much would it be Please comment back in let me know thank you for this video it was very helpful
Kelly Sweet The shelter does not prevent theft. It has a cross-bar that allows it to be bolted or staked to the ground to prevent someone from lifting it off. Also, the front tire on most bikes sits on the crossbar. Someone could cut the fabric, or just reach inside and undo the Velcro. There would still be the framework, but that comes apart without tools as well which negates the lock feature. Essentially a thief could completely disassemble the shelter. That would be pretty extreme, but this is more for keeping elements at bay than deterring criminals. A bike alarm/lock would be a wise investment as well. - jc
marikus watkins I would think so. It has a much shorter wheelbase than the demo bike we used, and I doubt it's any taller. You should be good with the standard model. - jc
I sure wish I could get a straight answer from someone? I have a scooter Kymco Downtown 300i and the dimensions are: 87inches long, 31inches wide. Will this one work or do I need the touring one? I have a top box on my bike to and I suspect I would need to remove that which kinda sucks. I would appreciate an answer. Thank YOU!

@toby waterpark I finally placed it in garage of a friend's house lol. Bought one of these, from a different brand, some thief tore that apart in order to steal my bike outside of my apartment hehe. Some neighbor in night saw it and called police
@@aarifboy Jeez man. Is your area prone to these things? I'm gonna be putting this tent of a thing right outside my bedroom's window with padlocks and alarm lol. Got no other option
@toby waterpark My Ulock they couldnt open, other locks thieves can open. I used to put a chain tied to a sanitation pole outside my bedroom window. Since chain was small, so I found it difficult to put that with canopy lol. So chain I didnt put, that was mistake. Thieves were dragging my bike, since rear wheel lock they opened, but front wheel with ulock they cudnt.
when the wind hits these they are terrible.. to much surface area for the wind to get hold of.. i used a tarp sheet 9ft x 15ft at a cost of £13. best waterproof sheet ive ever bought.. and tie it up with rope and the wind dosnt get it
i had a problem with storage over the winter so she is now in my living room with me, no more problem .

Chuck a sheet of ply underneath with a rubber mat and you're on to a winner!
This could also be used as a tent
That’s it I’m living in it

Check out cycle shell. The best one made.
I know but they can't ship to Canada I spoke with the guy and he said it would cost me more to ship it than for the actual cover!! geeez.
Can u make on for can am spyder
I wonder if a tri glide would fit in the touring model
Kind of expensive for what it is. Also seems too flimsy for wind and rain.
thats what the bolt holes on the bottom are for
Can u make one with a hard plastic body with lock n key
I have a triumph Daytona so what size would you recommend
I don't care can it hold up to wind?
I want to buy that but im here in philippines... can u shipped?
Do you have one for a road King with 39' extended pipes?
I have the same bike. But my front wind screen is very high. Does this cover accommodate for larger wind screens?
Wish it has some type of floor
Would heavy wind blow this over
My question is doest it prevent from theft can they left the whole thing up or cut the fabric?

Does it work for sport bikes that are stretched
+Doug L The "Touring" model is 136" long, so you would have to make sure your bike fits within that length
