Impressive video. Clear and to the point.
From day one I have no water pressure only a trickle, love the faucet . when I got the first on it did the same thing I just deal with it. what can I do? Do you have a restrictor this puts out more water preasure?
Hey PPP - thanks for the vid. Can these cartridges get clogged and reduce the pressure? What would be the reasons to replace one? I took the whole thing apart and couldn't find anything in it or the manifold. I did get some crap out of the lines (by blowing through them) and have taken off the nozzle and clean it too. This is a brand new faucet. Not even a week old.
We got debri in our plumbing and I put on a new faucet but still don't have any pressure. I know I didn't flush the lines well enough before installing the new faucet. But I can't find any clogs anywhere in the faucet. When I disconnect the fauct the line has great pressure.
Beauty. Thanks!
Great show…❤ how do you remove the swivel part? My sleeve on the hose has gone down the hose and I cannot recover.
How do you adjust the hot flow? It is too cool
what kind of hex key do you use to unscrew the handle?
I have been looking for a video showing how to tear one of these type of faucets down. I have a new faucet which is leaking internally somewhere I was thinking maybe from a supply line that's inside the faucet? I can't seem to find any information on this. I thought I'd ask since it seems like you sell the parts. Im just trying to get an idea of they work so I know if I can repair instead of sending it back
I replaced the cartridge, but still have low pressure on the hot water. There is plenty of pressure coming from that line, before it is connected to the faucet. Could there be a blockage behind the brass plate that the cartridge screws into? There are two screws on that and I'm thinking of unscrewing it and pulling it out, to see if the blockage is there. Are any special tools required to pull out that plate, or is it not removable. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You
Did you ever find out what would resolve your low pressure on the hot water? I have had the same issue and replaced the cartridge without any change to the water pressure. I thought it might be fixed when we had to replace the hot water heater, but it didn't fix it either.
I had to replace the faucet for other reasons, but when it was removed, it turns out the supply line had a lot of sand in it from the city doing some work nearby. Turns out I only had to dis-connect the line and flush it out, that would have solved it.

If water flow is reduced or intermittent, it is very likely the pulldown hose. They get kinked, basically wear out after five years or so. Check the hose first if all you have is reduced flow. Examine hose for braid issues, especially any permanent bend induced by the weight. There are video on hose replacement. Do not yank out the old hose before assuring the new hose and it fittings will feed in. If in doubt, cut the old hose, tape the new one to it, and draw it to the faucet head "backwards." (that is, feeding up from under the sink, not pushing it down through the faucet head).
I just purchased this same faucet this evening. Installed it and very little water pressure. I took off the spray head and just small stream come from the hose., maybe the size of a pencil. Brand new shut off valve and supply lines of course are new , they came attached to the faucet. Any idea why no good pressure?
The hose down under the sink has a small filter that can get debris in it that can reduce flow. Doesn’t take a big piece of crap to block it either.
Hello, I have a kitchen faucet looks just like this, but the leak is in the handle if I turn the handle a certain way, water will seep out between the handle and the non-movable part of the faucet. There's no leak from the spout at all. Which part should I order to repair it? The handle or the cartridge? Thanks!
The cartridge. The handle would not cause it to leak.
Hello, I took the handle off but on my faucet it don’t have screws to take that cartridge off it has 4 little prong looking like things. So how would I go about taking it off

How so you tighten the gooseneck ...mine slides up and down
There should be a nut and a U shaped washer under the faucet. The nut has probably come loose. Sometimes this could be difficult to get to because it's way up under the faucet.
@@PlumbingPartsPro Underneath the sink the threaded tube is held in place by a lock washer. That was snug and held in place by three set screws. It was tight but as Norwood said the goose neck slides up and down. I removed the locknut and slid the faucet up out of the sink thinking there might be a nut for the gooseneck but there isn't. Anyway, thanks for putting this video out. If yu see this what "series" is this faucet. Need to find a parts diagram so I can see how it is assembled.
I replaced it . But pressure still love. Any ideas why?
I have not come across this problem. I will look into it.
The problem with my faucet is that the weight of the handle comes down and water drips out. My question is there anyway to increase the tension on the lever so it does not come down by itself?
I have the same problem.
I have this problem as well. Not sure what to do..
I cant get past the removal of the set screw....the handle wont come off! Any suggestions?
Sometimes it can be difficult due to any splash water and soap getting in set screw causing build up. After setscrew is out it should pull straight off
The silver, plastic collar twists. It twisted toward me.
What size Allen key

Nice video of your hairy hand - too bad it doesn't show the repair process!
Had virtually no pressure. Did all the easy stuff...cleaned the nozzle, replaced the cartridge. No change. Checked everything on-line and no hints. Then took a chance...there's a check valve that's not on any of the diagrams that looks just like a simple coupling. It was a mess, totally clogged. I removed it...problem solved.
hey Guy ... where's the check valve ??
@@frankgullotti It's brass fitting that looks like it's just connecting two different hoses. Initially, we thought it was just a connection. It's not labeled in the diagram...but it was there. Just uncoupled the fitting and used a little pick to pull it out. Plenty of pressure now.
There's a check valve on the gooseneck line?? I'm going to check mine right now. Low pressure is hilariously bad. Can't rinse coffee out of a mug.
That little check valve was my problem as well. I took it out and the pressure is back as good or better than ever
