Hello, Chef. I am in culinary school in the United States and tomorrow have my practical exam. I am assigned to do 2 Indian dishes with chicken and I have chosen your tandoor chicken recipe. Fortunately, I have a full-sized tandoor oven to use. Thank you so much for this recipe, I'll be sure to give you credit tomorrow after I complete the dish. Again, thank you and all the best to you.

By the way your Tandori chicken receipe is very good 👍 I tried today..I added my own receipe as well turned out to be very delicious. Instead of adding chat Massala on the top in the end...I added it with other INGRIDENTS...but after cooking...keep on brusing with butter only ...in the end butter and mint gell ( we get here in the big stores) on top of it..it went on a different level alltogether. I COOK ON A ELECTRIC GRILL...GIVES THE EFFECT OF YOUR TANDOOR.
Wow Rene thank you for following and that Mint Jelly idea is very interesting. In fact even in India in all top 5 star hotels we actually pour butter over Tandoori chicken in intervals.

as a chef, you should not wear any jewellery while preparing food, you should be a good example for a good hygiene..
Gerald Gabriel stop being so petty ... like you would follow strict codes of hygiene at home
Yes who said we shud not wear..clean hands r more than enuf for good cooking
This is home cooking, not 5 star restaurant.
Excellent Dish Harpal Jee... Everytime, I make this Tandoori and I get appreciation from my friends, I owe it to you. Very well done and explained all the steps. Keep up
Thanks Naveen..
Thank you ive cooked all your recipes now my neighbour ses there spot ot on but its the smells you get when your cooking better than any glade plug in beautifull great keep it up.

Thank you Lucy until the lock down does not get over cook responsibly so that you don't have to step out shopping everytime you see my recipe..
Chef, the tandoori chicken was magnificent. I love Indian food, so I seek to learn how to cook it. I took your advice and bought the Tandoori Gas Oven, and I’m glad I did. Naan bread made on the oven is soooooo good! Thank you Chef Singh. Please do a dum briyani recipe, lamb, chicken, or goat. My favorite dish!!
Great 👍
