Hi Chef, I made this recipe for myself and Mom, and this was one of the best dishes I ever made. I made it in a convection microwave and followed your recipe as is, and it came out much better than our fav restaurant from where we ordered the same dish. I pricked the chicken with a toothpick, and it was juicy, soft, and the tandoor flavour turned out better than we could have imagined. For me, cooking is always a joy to create memories with my mom, and for that, I thank you. My mom was so happy, not even kidding; she had one of her best sleep that evening because she was so content, and for that, I thank you. I look forward to making it again this Sunday and trying your many more recipes. Thanks. Just because u forgot how to use PV=RT, doesn't mean science doesn't apply. Pressure causes temperature to rise to a high value, so its really pressure, which is responsible of breaking/melting of safety valve, because of the high temperature (due to pressure). I liked your tips on the first marination for overnight. And it is better best to make it in oven than to give the same effect by burning the pcs on gas directly. This I suggest to avoid the burners from getting spoilt. But no choice for those who don't have oven. I love the way you explained. I will surely try your recipe. 😋
