  • Do you find it hard to meet your goals? Feeling unmotivated and not able to finish things you start? Does you ADHD get in the way of your big dreams?
When you have ADHD, you often lose focus quickly and struggle to stick to long term plans. We also tend to get super pumped about goals in the couple of weeks after we set them, then forget about them. Maybe there's a desperate sprint as the deadline approaches, but nothing in the middle and nothing consistent.
30 day planning takes advantage of the motivation we feel right after we set goals, and right as a deadline is approaching.
Instead of a year, we do a month. Then we get more motivational windows to work in! 30 day plans improve your focus because you set less goals with smaller actions more regularly. You get less distracted because you haven’t set 10 goals for the year, but two for the month. Also, it lowers decision fatigue because you only have two goals to pick from, not 10.
