Exactly, it looks like something you'd see a rich banker, who lives in Connecticut, build.
Well it's the land for sure when it comes to the price but , 48 million is a ludicrous amount of money . the house is a an ordinary inefficient stick built with a lot of gaudy facades to cover put the lack of quality in the basic structure .

Buy the lamd, sell or demolish the home. That place looks terrible. Right across from one of the largest, dumpster fire for homes that's been on the market for 3 years. Wouldn't be surprised if it was the same architect. Neither look like homes. They're overpriced resorts.
