It really IS incredible😍And you were right what you said in this video; it is indeed 1 of the most beautiful homes (not just in the UK but in the world)🏡😍
It really is all over the place! Outside of the supposed theater, the formal dining room is the darkest one in the house with one of the lowest ceilings. I do love the wood, but unfortunately the theme of the great room is not carried over to the rest of the house. 20ft bedroom doors are simply dumb and the master is simply a number of different rooms separated by a hall and a double door off what seems to be the main room. Lots of wasted space throughout the house to heat and cool. The theater is impractical as you are probably going to spend most of your time in the dark, so whats the point! Also for the room size and distance from the seating, the screen is more like a big TV, as "theater" is a often misused term in the industry. And what's with the wrought iron black railings that a guest could easily impale themselves on. The wine cellar is a sad little cut off room, I guess so you can drink alone and I have yet to see one that actually is filled to capacity nor why you would need so many bottles in the first place! Now the elevator is a nice touch but also lacking in size at the same time. The landscaping is quite plain compared to others in this price range. While I understand the need to sell the area, since the location is very important, it also screams, by mentioning it, that the house cannot stand on its own for the price! Given the very eclectic nature of the home and the price, I imagine it would be like trying to sell a used yacht! Unless you find that rare person, you have to find someone who can afford to redo the house in their own taste on top of the asking price!
I guess it was not built by a native? I think it's vulgar and totally tasteless, and even if I had all the money in the world I wouldn't buy it But a big shout out to the carpenters and joiners for the amazing woodwork Bigger is not always better and being rich doesn't mean you automatically have a good taste...absolutely my opinion which means it doesn't have to be yours too
One of the most decorated house I have ever seen. The house is quite incredible. The craftsmanship and the high ceilings is what makes this house standout from the rest. The garden too is beautiful ❤. Thanks for such a wonderful video.
One of the few properties in this or other channels that seems to worth the money they ask for it. Even not having a swimming pool (but I think I saw a jacuzzi).
As a person with a pool, it seems cool until you realize that no one uses it. The maintenance is a headache, and unless you’re an avid swimmer it really makes no sense to have one when it doesn’t dramatically increase the home’s market rate.
I’m speechless too. Stunning Architectural features. Too much house I got lost during the tour.😂.this is one of many outstanding properties I’ve seen on this channel keep bringing us the best. Great tour.!
@@emanueldelove8170 Gives 'heavy' vibes, feels like it's trying too hard. Anyway, appreciate the workmanship, not that I'll ever have the money to 'not' buy it and go for something else.
Dam Dawg: the owners have DEFINITELY been dancing with the devil on this house-----This is the most elaborate house I have ever seen, even compared to the States
HELLO FROM: USA ! Very beautiful home, you are never really seen home so, elegant, I really like this property.,tank you for making so beautiful presentations
I've seen hundreds of these luxury mansions and homes but this here is the very first I instantly fell in love with... would love to have a walk though this beautiful house someday..
As much as hate I might get for this comment, I do not think, that this is *the best* home. It's very beautiful, yes. From the hammerbeam ceilings in the main drawing room, to the intricate wood carvings - this is an INCREDIBLY amazing home. However, some comments are a bit exaggerated. This is not a château. It doesn't even look like one. It doesn't even have any château elements.. But it's still very spectacular. I love the jardin à l'anglaise and I love the absolutely gorgeous interior.
Damian. See some On Hilton and Hyland or Carolwood listings. The house isn’t at all spectacular , sorry,,, speakers in the ceiling LOL. Is there an integrated AV system, like Crestron? Two big TV’s ? Ok Good luck.
Seen a lot of luxury home videos and even though they all had something awesome I never said, “this is it, my dream home”. That is until now. Wow, this is my dream home!
I wish you guys shiwed the 2 bedrooms by the gym and the showed the balcony/terrace outside the teenager bedroom, i like to look at balconies and what types of outdoor space is available Edit: why did you show the same bedroom twice at 12:36 ??
20 mins from central London? This is very close then. I would rather this house and commute even if it's 1hr away than live in those tight terraces in high brow areas of London costing the same or even more. Space is everything. I would get rid of the curtains though and allow more light in. Love the wood but it's a lot I guess they were going for a period home. A well crafted wrought iron with beautiful painting would lightening the home. None the less😍😍😍😍😍😍@ the architecture.
Probably a reflection on the fact that it will have a 2m a year running cost (security team, team of cleaners, chef, maid, maintenance, gardeners). It is amazing though and I would buy it today if I had the money.
reminds me of a disneyland 'Pretend we are in Europe' theme park attraction in new jersey for some spin the bottle reality tv show with don trump jr vibes and finishings from the Target designers portfolio based in milwakee serving messy las vegas 'realness' where white zinfindal is fine wine and ranch dressing is served on everything. late 20th century neuvo riche in your face mcmansion on roids
Amazing property, but I wonder how much effort it takes to keep it all clean? And I dread to think how much it must cost to keep in warm and cozy in the middle of winter.
Was wondering the same. I reckon you would have to emply a housekeeper and groundsman to manage all the regular cleaning and maintenance required to keep it in the condition it was during the viewing. Perhaps a cleaning company, too.
@@allensaunders449 Yes, but thing is, I am a very private person and the thought of people around me just cleaning is off-putting. Think I'll keep my wee home with one bathroom.
Mind blowing yes but a wasteful use of space & resources - big is not always better. You would have to spend a fortune to replace the gaudy fixtures & furnishings.
What a spectacular house!! Best one yet, the workmanship is incredible - hard to believe its a modern build, great to see there are still craftsmen that can do all that wonderful work and the skills of the past haven't been lost.
when I started to watch this wasn't sure what to expect. But afterwards, it really is mindblowing. Attention to detail and use of traditional craftmanship works really well in a modern setting with all those new tech features. Lovely to see something so different.
I adore the garden but the decor is a little busy and over the top for me. It seems cluttered too. I dislike modern decor but this is trying too hard to be medieval. My aunt lives in an 800 year old country manor in Wiltshire which is actually medieval. It is elegant. This place looks like some set designers fantasy idea of what should be medieval and it comes off as a little cheesy.
Very lovely home, something about it isn't quite right for me though - I think its the atempt to replicate medival/tudor styling whilst being very modern - trying to be something it's not. Still done very very well and the Radlett seems to be an amazing village too.
I am really in the minority with this House. Materials, Gardens of quality yes.. but overblown and drips with the worst possible taste. My Lottery Winnings when I get them wouldn't go near it. 😅
this place still hasnt sold and is back off the market for the 3rd time in 10yrs, basically its the lack of outdoor space, as impressive as the garden looks if you take into account all the banked areas there is very little space when most properties of the similar price have 50 to 100 acres of grounds. added to the fact it was clearly designed by an american or was designed for americans and its actually quite hard to sell. most british people dont want the main bedroom on the ground floor next to the living area like american houses have. the features all come across like a fake disney castle. its not priced competitively and to sell quickly.
Where Do they find the People that can build these masterpieces in the UK, I see Houses that cost a lot of money to be Built so shoddy if you pay the money asked the work should be the best you can Do whether this price or less, The majority of house builders in the UK should not be in their jobs, the builders I have seen do not take pride in their work these people are in a different league with this build
This is the result of investing money from the pockets of Russian oligarchs; they have extensive experience in building palaces using unique craftsmen from all over the world. However, different times have come... someone is trying to return at least something...
Well for me I think this is my fave so far and I've seen them all on this channel, so that's saying a lot. I know it wont be to everyone's taste but its mine apart from the bear. But the gardens don't let the house down like some, just stunning. Why would you not live here and commute to London instead of buying a crampet flat, beyond me. Just need to win the lotto now, I've packed ready :)
Such an amazing property! Rare that a home can make you weak in the knees, but this one certainly does, and the fact that it is so close to London is unique. Most new homes like this are found in other parts of the world. I love that with all its grandeur it still remains cozy and relaxing.

The life size half person?
Looks like Michael Jackson!
😱
I didn't even notice the first time.
A little creepy.
Lol went back to see what you were talking about 😂 This was scary weird 😅
Agreed.
Seriously what the hell is that? Imagine turning all the lights then suddenly Michelle Jackson appears 😂😂😂
It's magnificently unique. Not all my style. But it's nice to see this rather than 20m for Ikea style grey, black, silver throughout.
Beautiful home 😍 had a great time filming here, excited to be bringing this home to market!

It has potential with the right interior infrastructure, everything is so mismatched
One of the few properties in this or other channels that seems to worth the money they ask for it.
Even not having a swimming pool (but I think I saw a jacuzzi).
I must admit that is the one thing that is definitely missing, I'm really surprised that there's not an indoor pool.

You've got to wonder 'who lives in a house like this' amazing.
Not to my taste but appreciate the architecture and exquisite attention to detail. Damion's professional presentation does this home justice.
It's a bit gaudy in places
How do you clean the cobwebs off the ceiling and the high walls …
Ask the maid….I guess

This house is beautiful,it has character
Beautiful mansion Nice presentation damion looks like I hogwarts..
Spectacular ❤
I see homes all day on American sites but I haven’t seen anything like this! Dream home for multimillionaire ❤
Now that’s a glorious commode, spectacular. Definitely a dream house ❤🎉
Wowww😍😍very beautiful house❤. One day I will have
Love this house
This my favourite what an amazing home. Lottery money to me tho. Good luck to those lucky people who get it.
Wow a beautiful house 👍
Go to England, and tour the Castles.... and Manor Houses. Many have rooms very similar to these, only much bigger. This is a mini-castle.
Perfect for Wayne and Waynetta!
I would remove the roof of the gym and make it an observatory ohh 😮💨 the things I would do with a house like that.
I like this house 👌🥳😚❤️
great home
Perfection!!!!!😍
hide that garden from all the barbie movie girl!! the house looks amazing. would buy it just for the garden 😂
Definitely my dream home amazing and its in my country ❤️
Wow stunning
Only 15 million
I wonder what it would cost if it were in london
Damian. See some
On Hilton and Hyland or Carolwood listings.

Is there an integrated AV system, like Crestron?
Two big TV’s ? Ok
Good luck.
Phenomenal!
Would have loved you to spend a few more minutes in the kitchen...fridges,freezer,pantry cabinetry etc
Are we just not gonna talk about the JUMP scare at 4:10?!
TAHNKS LONDON HOUSE FANTASTIC
$15m seems like a give away.
I've seen houses worth $40m and aren't this impressive
Cudos to the decorator and designers

Nice house for some, but not for me, too over the top.
$0 Bank balance but still watching 😂😂
As a lover of old world charm, I’d love to build a new house in medieval design/style, if I win the lottery.

Amazing yet homely house
Mind blowing ! 🤩🤩🤩
What a marvelous house .
Sir , how we should buy this house ?
Debería ser mucho más cara

This is wild! ❤
Incredible !
Only thing missing is a pool I guess. Otherwise perfect.
Stately house..not home. Home is the people in it
When u get the cheat code in Sims and theres no limits anymore 😊
looks like a modern fairy tale home
Sorry, I was going to put an offer in but I don't see a fallout bunker.
It's huge 😁
Who owns this?
Goth vibes❤
Who’s here after buying London?
do these homes come with the furnishings?
lovely details but too dark for my taste
Americans (and Arab oil sheikhs and Russian oligarchs who grew up in their mood world) will surely fall for it...
My parents thought we were posh when we had a serving hatch fitted between the kitchen and dining room.
😂😂😂😂
YOUR PFP?! You support the bantams?
Yes,I remember that! Was quite convenient too
Still posh and clever.
I find the hand painted walls and door painted with marble effect to be very cheesy
Wow! I actually think £15M for that property is a bargain! That level of design & detail was incredible!
Just imagine the price tag if it was located in the city...😂🤣
Totally agree
Probably a reflection on the fact that it will have a 2m a year running cost (security team, team of cleaners, chef, maid, maintenance, gardeners). It is amazing though and I would buy it today if I had the money.
Yeah, the level of skill and quality of the materials. You couldn't build that for 15 million

(Surprised this is the first comment I've seen saying this!)

When you acquire property like this, costs of the cleaning and any additional costs are the least of your concern 😉

There is absolutely nothing French about that home. And I don't need a realtor to tell me what I can see with my own two eyes.

It’s beautiful for the style, but why does anyone in a private residence need 4 kitchens? This seems like overkill.
