When I watched this video I peg this house in at around 20 million as Living in this area I know what the prices are like. I could never afford and or be able to maintain a home like this but I was surprised to see the listing below 14 million. it must cost over 100,000.00 a year to maintain. This is truly the best video for real-estate I have seen to date. Well done to the producers and directors of this video. The filming was spot on.
The dining room w the mauve chairs💟💟💟💟💟💟 Yes Please the property and the house🎉 can you imagine that dark wood panel office in the winter w the fire on… and I usually totally dislike dark rooms but this one is impressive. Love the wrought iron. Love the chandeliers. Love the cream theme throughout. Love the light ornate rugs. Love the arched windows. I never thought I would find a house I like as much as my own. This place is a WOW.
Oh my goodness. I cannot believe I stumbled upon this. How picky is the seller on whom he sells to? This place is an absolute masterpiece. There are very little things that someone would change and most are just small furnishings.
I can see in the details of the plaster mouldings, at the standard mid-height ceiling and the open plan concept in some areas that this is a modern house. However, I must say this one is really well made, and more, surprisingly well decorated with an English classic style that it’s not too dated, neither too boringly trendy, but just suits perfectly with the roots of the house on it’s traditional profile.
I just bumped into this video by accident but wow am I glad I took the time to watch the whole thing. This house is stunning and I could actually see myself living there. But, more importantly, it was the video itself that sold the property to me. Especially the mini movie in the media room. That was extremely clever. Now I'm going to see if there are anymore videos so I can dream an impossible dream 😂

I wouldn’t need a huge clock above my front door entry. It goes. The swan sink is an ode to The Ritz hotel. The drive needs paved in a nice blacktop. Trees randomly removed and something seasonal like 4-5 cherry trees, sprinkled around as you proceed up the drive. Kwanzan cherry would be perfect. With flowers planted beneath that bloom opposite of the cherry trees.
What a beautiful house, the gardens are incredible, very well decorated, and the video is exceptional... I can't imagine what this spectacular house must cost... I love it!!!
