It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to real estate properties because all too often I don’t see all of the elements that truly impress me when I look closely at those properties. This ESTATE however is a total different experience, perhaps because overall we have the same taste in structure and decore….BUT this ESTATE listing is absolutely stunning! The views, the interior structure, an elevator added alongside the stairs, the presence of a games/billiards room, a home gym AND a home theatre, basement laundry etc…I can go on and on… This is a magnificent property…I would be honoured to own this as a legacy property to be kept for my family and extended family to visit from the US during the spring and summer months! I’ve watched this video 5x and I still am blown away each time!! Biggest challenge actually is the boathouse. Maintenance as well as whether to even have a boat as they’re quite an expense according to boat enthusiasts. Plus, given where the lakeshore sits…how does one even get a boat from the property to the boathouse location? All that said…..Whoever built this estate property is a family/owner with extraordinary taste! Very impressive indeed! ❤️❤️👏🏾👏🏾
I would like to ask about the heating bill per month and per year to keep such a big mansion in Ontario comfortably warm during the year when cold, dark weather can last up to 7 months or longer per year. With so many rooms and high ceilings, the heating bill per year must be quite high to keep such a mansion comfortably warm around 22 degree Celsius year round. If anyone has a good estimate how much it would cost in heating bill per year, please share it with me.
Any where from around $8-15 thousands a year for the heating and cooling, Most large homes (10,000sqft) have multiple furnace units so its really like having multiple 2500sqft houses on one lot.
@@StalloneMediaTours Thank you for your reply. I am not Canadian and have been living in a location with weather similar to Las Vegas which means I have never seen snow falling outside my house. Thus, I have no idea how expensive it would be to have such a huge mansion kept at a constant 22 Celsius degrees during the long winter months with snow falling right outside the house. In my house, we have central heating with a thermostat allowing the occupants to adjust the desired temperature for the entire house. Are such central heating systems with thermostat-controlled temperature common in Canada?
@@StalloneMediaTours And one more question I had forgotten to ask: Are triple-glazed windows a common feature in Canadian houses and in this particular mansion to provide as much insulation as possible for the mansion? Thank you.
Exquisitely marvelous property! Am speechless! Truly beautiful indeed!
Absolutely beautiful home and fabulous property!! Wonderful setting on the lake.

My one of the most favorite homes

Would be nice in the summer. But too isolated in the winter. Plus besides the view I have seen better houses for less money.
The images do not do the home justice. Believe me. I've seen it many times. A large family could live in the boathouse comfortably.
