This is a gorgeous home. I noticed they kept the radiators in some rooms yet the house has centralized heating and air conditioning. I had to rewatch and stop the video for each room shown to see the air vents in the ceiling. The exposed radiators and radiator boxes are nice touches and gives the house more charm. This is what I call a "generational home", meaning this house stays in the family and is passed from one generation to the next. The mortgage is paid off and whoever lives there pays the normal monthly expenses, maintenance/care of the house and property, and yearly taxes. Beautiful place with so many hide away seating areas.
This would be my dream home with no changes needed at all. Perfect classic exterior with amazing landscaping and tasteful, classic, timeless interior. Perfect.
How much time you got really got to spend with your family in order to make this kind of $$? Maybe they inherited it or won the lottery? Everything comes with a cost. Everything. But it is a very lovely house and grounds and I certainly appreciate the craftsmanship of those who created it!

I went on a garden tour here this past May and it was UNREAL. It’s truly a magical place. Unworldy estate.
I never feel too greed for money but this home or lodge whatever it is really changed my mind, such a masterpiece.

Radiators are the most excellent, warm heat you can have and they don't kill your ferns.
Love my radiators, and they're quiet too! Needed a new pump for the boiler this year, but we're once again warm!
