What about unincorporated areas of northern ft.pierce like lakewood park for crime and property taxes? I see millage rate is lower and crime seems to be lower. I enjoy your videos and content, thank you.
Love northern Fort Pierce! We almost moved to Lakewood Park ourselves. There are also new construction neighborhoods being built in North Fort Pierce as well. Call me anytime if you'd like to chat about it.

Great idea! I will say Vero has a great track record for hurricanes, with us not being directly affected by a major storm since 2004.
