Other small Christian metal bands are Diamonds to Dust, Crucify the Flesh, A Secret Ending, and Wolves at the Gate (Though they have been around a while, I wish they were bigger because of how forthcoming they are about Christ.)
I heavily recommend a band called Saviour Machine if you are at all into gothic music. They are IMO the greatest Christian (any genre) band EVER!!! Legend II is an amazing album.
A few of my favorites: Demon Hunter, Saving Grace (they are from New Zealand and are getting back together as of April 2022), Disciple, War of Ages, August Burns Red
Collapse//Revive, Diamonds To Dust (especially with that NASTY breakdown in Corpus Christi) and Intercessor should absolutely be at the tip top of this list.

I’m mostly into Christian Metal from the 80’s and early 90’s, my top favorite Metal/Hard Rock bands are Stryper, Sacred Warrior, Armageddon, Holy Soldier, Saint, and many others, but those are my top favorites! Man, nailed it right off that bat with Convictions. To be honest, I don't even identify as a Christian.. But Christian metalcore is my absolute favorite genre of music. I've been binging your content for a couple hours now lol. Love to see a young guy with such a passion for this music. My only question: where is the Silent Planet? I'm either missing it, or you haven't reacted to them. After all these videos I've watched, it feels like there's no way you haven't heard of them. You've heard of them. If not, I need to see some reactions. They're not technically classified as Christian metalcore, but their messages hit home with me more than any band ever has.

Scream-core/Death Metal/Black Metal, etc., all sounds the same...music with discernible, bold Christian lyrics with integrity is a necessity! Try some Millennial Reign, Inner Siege, Diviner, Signum Regis, Tourniquet, Demon Hunter, Petra’s Jekyll and Hyde album, last four Stryper albums, Mortification, X-Sinner, Believer, Worldview, Letter 7...song ‘Another Nail in the Cross’, old school Deliverance, SAVIOUR MACHINE...song ‘Jesus Christ’ or anything from first album, etc. Good job with the channel. You know something, I saw Project 86, P.OD, MXPX and STRYPER all on the same main stage there in the early 2000's.
Somewhat, the 4th was definitely pretty busy, I've honestly been a little bit nervous about posting though lol. For whatever reasons this week has been pretty insane as far as subscribers/views (The channel's gained 22 subscribers in a week, which is crazy for this channel!). This video especially got kinda big lol. I've been a little worried that my normal reactions won't be liked by all the new subscribers ig. I filmed a reaction to a new song by the band "Phinehas" which is hopefully going to be coming out at 9pm PST tonight (I think that's 11pm where you are?).

I think your channel will continue to grow. By the way I had another video idea to add to the pile lol. Obviously I have already mentioned the "song REVIEW" series so you can do things you really like and support but have already heard. ( Just have disclaimer/statement in video and in description. Of what a song review video is for). Also I've mentioned the "random song reactions" you could occasionally do to music that you have no idea what it is. (Of course you could take a small risk and just pick something totally random yourself, which might could be a little scarry lol. Although it might be better to have different people friends/family pick out something for you. But they could listen to it first to make sure it was ok, and also make sure it's not something you would "normally" react to on your channel. Of course the only thing they would tell you is the song is safe to react to. (This is just a "fun" video idea) not something you'd probably do real often but occasionally it might be fun to drop something like this. I think it's not a bad idea to have some fun videos from time to time. Remember smile and the world smiles with you! It's good to laugh sometimes in your video as well. 🤣 And as to my newest suggestion, well how about an occasional BLOOPERS video? OR instead of a whole video with bloopers maybe you could just add them at the end of the video sometimes. Please go look at the end of a video or two on "Clint's Reptiles". He does a great job with little funny bloopers at the end. Not to mention his videos do quite well also. Of course he is working with animals and may have more bloopers than you would, still an occasional bloopers video or bit at the end couldn't hurt in my opinion. Hey, sorry about not getting back to you earlier! First of all, thanks for the video ideas! I'm honestly really inspired to do a lot of them! As far as random reactions, I had an idea that I think would be really funny to do occasionally. Spotify makes these playlists that are lists of the most popular songs in a particular genre. For example they have the playlist "Hot Country" & another called "Teen Beats". I think it'd be fun to react to them since I have no idea what's popular outside of Christian music & metal. As far as a bloopers video, that could be fun as well! Just putting some at the end of my videos could be interesting too! I'll check out Clint's Reptiles! Also, it's cool that you found TheOdd1sOut! I've been watching him for a few years now!
@@Metal777 Thanks for the reply! 🙂 I'm not familiar with those Spotify lists but that sounds cool to me for an occasional funny random reaction. Yes, definitely check out Clint's Reptiles. You might just get some good tips overall on presentation style/talking/humor, etc from him. He's a pretty good presenter in my opinion. He is engaging and interesting to listen to, and he's quite smart as well. If you look at his video lists you can see how he has branched out from covering reptiles only to other animals as well.. birds, frogs, fish, octopus, insects, etc . Worth checking out a few of his videos for several reasons actually. Of course there is just the aspect of "style" that you might get an idea or two from him. (He's up to close to 350K subs lol.) But also his videos are just plain interesting and very informative. A good way to learn a little about different animals and whether or not the are the right pet for you lol. He does videos of ones that make good pets and ones that definitely don't like King Cobras etc lol. Lol speaking of snakes I liked that recent video from the Odd1sOut about how his girlfriend had the frozen "snakecicle" and the he mentioned about how snakes don't have the part of the brain that could allow them to love you and that your pet snake would happily sell you soul to "snake satan" for the price of one dead rat. 😂 Let me know what you think or if you saw any of his bloopers etc or if you learned anything interesting about any animals or video presentation, talking skills etc. Gonna call it a night. I was playing Outriders earlier and checking my phone to catch your upload, replies. (Actually was just "farming" for legendaries.) Also another great use for Audible audiobooks is that if you are just farming solo and you don't need the game's sound, well you could be listening to a audiobook while playing instead (of course you could listen to music just as well) but I generally listen to audiobooks a good bit while farming or eating or messing around, interacting with my pets.
The Christian metal bands these days still embrace death and darkness, it’s upsetting to see this standard continue as kids-20s continue to model after bands with their new bands and cycle goes on. I was 16 when I began into Christian metal in 1998 with ZAO and many others like Demon Hunter. I don’t picture a lot of this darkness in Heaven, so why is it accepted and embraced here on earth? “Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” -Jesus
Thanks for the recommendations. I am a big fan of Demon Hunter. Also for a more thrash metal style Grave Forsaken from Australia. For a more hard rock style British band Wytch Hazel has a sound that reminds me of Thin Lizzy and Blue Oyster Cult.
NEWS FLASH!! Thought you ought to know that the band TIMES OF GRACE, just released their lastest song/video from their new very soon upcoming album releasing on July 16. - "Songs of Loss and Separation" I would probably recommend reacting to some new song or two by them as they are quite good and with the album drop should net you some views. If you aren't already familiar they are a heavy metal band that released the excellent first album "The Hymn of a Broken Man" several years back. If they aren't exactly a "Christian" band per say, they definitely have some Christian members! This is the 3rd track they have dropped from the soon to release 2nd album. The other two tracks are "The Burden of Belief" and "Medusa". I knew they were releasing soon but I had forgotten the date until they dropped this third track today. All three tracks are fairly DIFFERENT. Personally, I like this one the best. It's quite good! 👍👍 (Medusa is the hardest one but this one is more what I enjoy.) They aren't exactly a metalcore band but some of their songs have metalcore vocals. Anyway, thought you should know. Hope this helps.

I don't know what my least favorite rock/metal band would be, I haven't really thought about that tbh. There are definitely some bands I'm not a huge fan of tho, I don't really like the band Lifelong (they had an album on Solid State this past year). Also idk if you were asking about specifically Christian metal, but if non-Christian stuff counts to then I would say that I don't like Spiritbox (I know that's a very controversial opinion lol). I can't stomach the vocals OF ANY of these bands. The lyrics need to be far less "on the nose" to the point of a cheese level that is just not appetizing. All of the potential is there, I would ask all the vocalists to dirty up their boice a bit and occult the message just enough to give a chance to sneak into the "enemies" album collection.

You know something, I saw Project 86, P.OD, MXPX and STRYPER all on the same main stage there in the early 2000's.

Somewhat, the 4th was definitely pretty busy, I've honestly been a little bit nervous about posting though lol. For whatever reasons this week has been pretty insane as far as subscribers/views (The channel's gained 22 subscribers in a week, which is crazy for this channel!). This video especially got kinda big lol. I've been a little worried that my normal reactions won't be liked by all the new subscribers ig. I filmed a reaction to a new song by the band "Phinehas" which is hopefully going to be coming out at 9pm PST tonight (I think that's 11pm where you are?).

I think your channel will continue to grow. By the way I had another video idea to add to the pile lol. Obviously I have already mentioned the "song REVIEW" series so you can do things you really like and support but have already heard. ( Just have disclaimer/statement in video and in description. Of what a song review video is for).
Also I've mentioned the "random song reactions" you could occasionally do to music that you have no idea what it is. (Of course you could take a small risk and just pick something totally random yourself, which might could be a little scarry lol. Although it might be better to have different people friends/family pick out something for you. But they could listen to it first to make sure it was ok, and also make sure it's not something you would "normally" react to on your channel. Of course the only thing they would tell you is the song is safe to react to. (This is just a "fun" video idea) not something you'd probably do real often but occasionally it might be fun to drop something like this. I think it's not a bad idea to have some fun videos from time to time. Remember smile and the world smiles with you! It's good to laugh sometimes in your video as well. 🤣
And as to my newest suggestion, well how about an occasional BLOOPERS video? OR instead of a whole video with bloopers maybe you could just add them at the end of the video sometimes.
Please go look at the end of a video or two on "Clint's Reptiles". He does a great job with little funny bloopers at the end. Not to mention his videos do quite well also.
Of course he is working with animals and may have more bloopers than you would, still an occasional bloopers video or bit at the end couldn't hurt in my opinion.

Hey, sorry about not getting back to you earlier! First of all, thanks for the video ideas! I'm honestly really inspired to do a lot of them! As far as random reactions, I had an idea that I think would be really funny to do occasionally. Spotify makes these playlists that are lists of the most popular songs in a particular genre. For example they have the playlist "Hot Country" & another called "Teen Beats". I think it'd be fun to react to them since I have no idea what's popular outside of Christian music & metal. As far as a bloopers video, that could be fun as well! Just putting some at the end of my videos could be interesting too! I'll check out Clint's Reptiles! Also, it's cool that you found TheOdd1sOut! I've been watching him for a few years now!

Yes, definitely check out Clint's Reptiles. You might just get some good tips overall on presentation style/talking/humor, etc from him. He's a pretty good presenter in my opinion. He is engaging and interesting to listen to, and he's quite smart as well. If you look at his video lists you can see how he has branched out from covering reptiles only to other animals as well.. birds, frogs, fish, octopus, insects, etc . Worth checking out a few of his videos for several reasons actually. Of course there is just the aspect of "style" that you might get an idea or two from him. (He's up to close to 350K subs lol.) But also his videos are just plain interesting and very informative. A good way to learn a little about different animals and whether or not the are the right pet for you lol. He does videos of ones that make good pets and ones that definitely don't like King Cobras etc lol.
Lol speaking of snakes I liked that recent video from the Odd1sOut about how his girlfriend had the frozen "snakecicle" and the he mentioned about how snakes don't have the part of the brain that could allow them to love you and that your pet snake would happily sell you soul to "snake satan" for the price of one dead rat. 😂 Let me know what you think or if you saw any of his bloopers etc or if you learned anything interesting about any animals or video presentation, talking skills etc. Gonna call it a night. I was playing Outriders earlier and checking my phone to catch your upload, replies. (Actually was just "farming" for legendaries.) Also another great use for Audible audiobooks is that if you are just farming solo and you don't need the game's sound, well you could be listening to a audiobook while playing instead (of course you could listen to music just as well) but I generally listen to audiobooks a good bit while farming or eating or messing around, interacting with my pets.

The Christian metal bands these days still embrace death and darkness, it’s upsetting to see this standard continue as kids-20s continue to model after bands with their new bands and cycle goes on. I was 16 when I began into Christian metal in 1998 with ZAO and many others like Demon Hunter. I don’t picture a lot of this darkness in Heaven, so why is it accepted and embraced here on earth? “Your Kingdom come, Your Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” -Jesus

Thanks for the recommendations. I am a big fan of Demon Hunter. Also for a more thrash metal style Grave Forsaken from Australia. For a more hard rock style British band Wytch Hazel has a sound that reminds me of Thin Lizzy and Blue Oyster Cult.

NEWS FLASH!! Thought you ought to know that the band TIMES OF GRACE, just released their lastest song/video from their new very soon upcoming album releasing on July 16. - "Songs of Loss and Separation"
I would probably recommend reacting to some new song or two by them as they are quite good and with the album drop should net you some views. If you aren't already familiar they are a heavy metal band that released the excellent first album "The Hymn of a Broken Man" several years back. If they aren't exactly a "Christian" band per say, they definitely have some Christian members! This is the 3rd track they have dropped from the soon to release 2nd album. The other two tracks are "The Burden of Belief" and "Medusa". I knew they were releasing soon but I had forgotten the date until they dropped this third track today. All three tracks are fairly DIFFERENT. Personally, I like this one the best. It's quite good! 👍👍 (Medusa is the hardest one but this one is more what I enjoy.) They aren't exactly a metalcore band but some of their songs have metalcore vocals. Anyway, thought you should know. Hope this helps.

I don't know what my least favorite rock/metal band would be, I haven't really thought about that tbh. There are definitely some bands I'm not a huge fan of tho, I don't really like the band Lifelong (they had an album on Solid State this past year). Also idk if you were asking about specifically Christian metal, but if non-Christian stuff counts to then I would say that I don't like Spiritbox (I know that's a very controversial opinion lol). @@Metal777 My least favorite band is Slayer. I can deal with some edgy lyrics and imagery like Slipknot. Lyrics about Satanism is too edgy in my opinion. I know it's suppose to be shocking and not to be taken seriously. Maybe it's just me.

I can't stomach the vocals OF ANY of these bands. The lyrics need to be far less "on the nose" to the point of a cheese level that is just not appetizing.
All of the potential is there, I would ask all the vocalists to dirty up their boice a bit and occult the message just enough to give a chance to sneak into the "enemies" album collection.

I believe death metal, or any genre, can absolutely be Christian so long as the lyrics/image/message of the band glorifies and praises Christ.
