My trainer guided me the opposite told me to do the bilateral exercise only so that both muscles are active at the same time. Even Gym beginner like me could think at that time that doing the bilateral exercises will not be good as I could feel it that only my 1 arm was picking all the weight rather than the equal distribution. i was following a 5x5 but that program was great but one prob is squat is too much and i was able to surpass but i wanna do bench and ohp twice a week instead of 1st week bench twice and ohp once,i was planning to do chest tri,back bi ceps,shoulder,leg,rest,and then saturday bench,ohp and squat and repeat while changing exercise order next week a bit,bcs i wanna maximise bodyweight workout too like weighted dips on chest,pullps on back days and pistol squat,volume won't be too high, it will be followed by high weight low rep,,i need a 4 day strenth wrkout,,anyone here suggest me a good strength workout routine for 5 days a week,my bench is 65kg,90kg squat and 90kg deadlift and 45 ohp,my goal is 105kg bench,,120 squat, and 120 or more deadlift and 60 kg ohp ,i want to increase as fast as possible and after that i wanna start shredding.Thanks,strength is my primary goal.

thank you Bhai for sharing such an important information with us but one thing I want to tell which I have noticed and that is while doing barbell if we prepare our mind that we will do both arms equally means 50 50 on both the sides then we cannot allow any imbalance. it's just that we should have well focus on both the sides

i thinkk u can replace the barbell with dumbells....

Most of the tricep exercises contains Dumbells rather than barbells,so there should be no confusion with this.
+Ujan Manandhar it means only barbell related excersise karni nhi he right????
