Homemade steamed coconut rice cake recipe
Do you have a coconut? Why don't you cook a kind of rice cake today? The food we're gonna cook today is a little special. It is a kind of rice cake made and eaten by the Bodo tribe in India.
    ------Coconut rice cake of Ingredients----------------
    Coconut: 100g
    Rice: 1 cup (240g)
    Black sesame: 50g
    sugar: 2 T (30g)
    -------------------------------------
Rice cakes, well known to the world, are known as "Tteok/Ddeok" in Korea, "Mochi" in Japan, "Gao" in China, and "Lontong," "Idli" and "Biko" in Southeast Asia, where rice is the staple food.
Here's a rice cake made and eaten by a traditional Indian tribe. It is a rice cake made from coconut called "Bodo Roti" and "Vape Pitha." The shape is similar to Korean "호빵 HoPpang" and "백설기 BaekSeolGi - the texture is the same as that of snow-white".
My mother has taught us how to cook it in the traditional style. The traditional method is to steam one by one, but we improved and made a grill of bamboo and were able to steam many at once.

      Hello.
This is a kinda Traditional food about Bodo tribal that a partner was born in. I was also surprised when I watched this because It is similar to the Korean Beaksulki. . Thus, I recommended the partner to make and show it to people who do not know this tribal yet.
In fact, I didn't expect anything from this video, but a lot of people like it.
Thank you for your surprise 😂. We just got lucky of it.

Thank you for saying like that. I hope you to enjoy this. It's not only Bodo tribal food in India but also the almost same as Korean Baek-seolgi rice cake.

      Hello. Fedia
Thank you very much for sharing your culture.
Bodo tribal from Assamese is quite near to Bangladesh. That's why food cultures could be very similar together.
Do you like this rice cake? I like it much 😊
Happy New year and have luck in 2022.

You do not need to use any thing for steaming. This way is clearer than using some.
