We make it in Assam too. We call it pitha. I forgot the exact name. we dont use coconut milk but coconut scraps

We have a similar rice cake called mkate wa sinia or mkate wa kumimina but we use thick coconut milk. It is delicious.

第一次发酵好之后,要搅拌排出大气泡。
第一次发酵15分钟即可,不要发酵过久避免产生过多大气泡。
蒸好之后就可以揭锅盖了。祝你下次成功。
