The Hydropress is a radically different way to press your apples compared to a traditional press.
The press has a vertical neoprene rubber bladder (similar to an inner tube on a tyre) which sits in the centre of the press inside the perforated stainless steel shield.
You simply connect the press to an outdoor tap with a hosepipe, and let the mains water pressure do all the hard work!
The pressure will build up in the rubber bladder with the addition of water. As the bladder fills up and pressure increases then the bladder expands; squeezing the juice out of the fruit, pushing it towards the stainless steel casing.
    Advantages:
    - Much quicker than a traditional press
    - Easier to clean
    - Less oxidation of juice
    - Less effort as the water does all the work
    - Great choice of sizes 20,40 and 80 litre
    - Works off a standard mains tap (preferably outside)

20l gives 6-7 liters of juice?
Wow that is low. I'm using a continuous juicer that crushes and then presses and I get 23 liters of juice out of 38kg apples (for one keg of cider). That's a 60% yield.
