I would have added a little bit of the water from the potatoes and pierogies to the sauce with the onions and pancetta to add additional flavor to the sauce in addition to the stock.
Random fact of the day: _pierogies,_ although a - technically speaking - correct English plural form, is really a redundancy, because _pierogi_ is already the Polish plural form. :)
Soooo much salt! If I ever make something like this there will be no salt, I'll use herbs for flavor instead. My husband has high blood pressure, so I stopped using salt for seasoning several years ago.
I love watching Anne’s videos , she has an amazing teaching quality, ensuring you grasp the information !

the pierogies were cooked in the water from the potatoes
I love pierogies, but what a starch bomb. I don't eat them much anymore, but i do miss them.

Pierogi**
I like Anne but ...half of the ingredients aren't even in traditional pierogi's. What is it with American chefs always having to change recipes?
who cares as long as it's tasty
all u really need is flour potatos bacon onions salt you can really make all of this in one pan 😝
yuk
👍😋😋
kitchen zero's is a very appropriate term. I mean... the black chick w/ the foot long lashes & glue in her hair.

Soooo much salt!

And no comment about all of the fat in the recipe?
